C&L Ward had very poor communciation throughout.

High pressure sales; job wasn't communicated well to subcontractor so parts needed redone; I was frustrated by the whole process, and I had to keep reminding them to fix things that we had already discussed. And the fixing/getting things done took awhile. 2 small things never got finished because I was over it. My roof does look good though and seems to be holding up well.

I'm very happy with C&L Ward. This is the second project they've completed for me and I would recommend them to anyone interested in getting the highest quality work done correctly at a fair price.

The salesman sells the product and an experience. I don't think that it was delivered by the technician.

Yes they did a great job, we had some cold days but they still did a great job on siding.

The installation could not have been more perfect! We had very challenging wall coverings and window treatments that were exceptionally difficult to inset new windows.
CL Ward was able to install windows seamlessly! Andy and his crew were amazing, exceptionally neat, and great to work with! Can't recommend them enough!!

I attempted to make things right with the representative I spoke to. There was miscommunication on what the repairs should have been and there were things left off the repairs we discussed on the day of the estimate. I inquired why those were not completed and they said it was not on the estimate. the estimate was not in a clear format so that the person who does not do the repairs can understand. I was not happy with that. My repair is still incomplete.

They have great service, price and product.

One of the reasons we chose C&L Ward for the deck installation was that a 25-year warranty was offered. But after having to ask for so many corrections due to the sloppiness of the installation, we were glad when the last correction was implemented, and we hope that we will never have to deal with C&L Ward ever again.

The staff were all polite and professional. We had two delays causing a month total delay which they stated was due to their project manager leaving. No call no update. We had to reach out to them as we fell between the cracks. This isn’t acceptable in any business. Door-wall install looks rushed as the drywall was cut crookedly and saw even went through the drywall beyond trim.

Communication from day 1 was horrific

No we were given a start date then they changed it and lied why they changed it.

The end result was wonderful but getting there was very stressful. I would have liked more communication.

I personally have never seen this type of professionalism in any area of business in my life. The team was so incredible, on time, honest, and hard working. From following up with me on the project to dates and times, EVERYTHING was on point. It truly has been a pleasure and we are customers for life.

The customer service setting up the appointment took a long time and was postponed many times but the work was great. It was postponed about four times.

They did a good job with the siding, but I am not happy with the gutters.

C&L Ward came in and were done within an hour and a half. They were very quick and professional. I was more than happy with job and service.

We have had all our windows and doors replaced by C&L Ward. We also had our roof replaced as well as all the siding. Every job has been professionally done.

I would recommend C&L Ward to anyone who needs remodeling or any upgrading done to your home. It's something most people don't do very often so you want it done right the first time. Life is stressful enough so getting a big job done and worry free is so fantastic!

I thought the staff was really friendly, went the extra mile, and worked with the fact that I have a dog. The window, when it arrived, was not quite what I thought it was going to be. I originally had a sitter for my dog, then the window changed. So long story short, they went the extra mile with my dog, and I thought that was really nice.

There were some delays due to some project mismanagement at the beginning, but they really went out of their way to resolve it once they finally got going.

The list is long, and if you wanted to make it right you would have done so during the seven weeklong construction process without us having to fight you every step of the way.

Right now I am waiting for the 6' walls on my new deck to be made into 4' walls like my contract called for.

The quality of the windows and sliding glass door were very high. The installers were very careful and clearly knew what they were doing.

Hello. Terrible communication between workers and C&L office.
Workers smoking marajuana on our property while my wife ran to Home Depot for them. They left the marajuana stuff on my patio furniture. Could not reach the company to report due to being on a Friday and office was already closed for the day. Pictures to prove as well.

My salesperson was very helpful. I had a problem with my septic tank cover possibly being in the why of the deck. He came back and made some adjustments with the design and it worked great. The installation crew was also top notch. I would recommend C&L Ward to everyone.

The installation process and end product met our expectations; however, the pre-installation process was challenging including: initial consultation, development of the plan (coordinating customer input with various sales people, outlining a plan that reflected what was discussed, and reviewing the plan to ensure accuracy based on what was agreed on)

The project was completed by contractors who did not speak English and who were not supervised. The work quality was an issue.

C&L Ward was difficult to work with. I always had to keep calling them; I had to call them to bill me; they were fine with letting me wait weeks on end with a hole in my house. I had to fight for them to come out on the date they originally told me.
