Workmanship was good, but crew left part way thru fob and didn’t show up again for 5 weeks.

I had to manage my own project

Lack of communication. Did not arrive during the week that was scheduled and did not notify us. Twice, our project coordinator left the company and we were not notified. Ashley, the project manager did step in and did as much as she could to provide us with good customer service and we do appreciate her. The crew that installed our roof was an outside contractor and our sales person promised us an in-house crew. The outside contractor left behind chicken bones in our yard in which our dog got ahold of. They also left nails around the base of the house. Otherwise our roof looks nice. The crew that installed our trim and gutters did a very nice job. I would definitely recommend them.

C&L Ward has done several projects for us and we have always been very happy with the outcome.

There were problems with everything. Communication from the contractors was poor. One set of roofing contractors had to be fired. The work was paid for in April and just finished the end of August.

I think it was a poorly run project. We experienced multiple delays in them ordering the incorrect materials. They were good people, but it was poorly run. We stored materials in our driveway for 5 weeks. It felt like we were put behind other products they have done. We have been C & L customers for years. This is below the standard we expected.

They dotted their I's and crossed the T's. They were very professional, affordable, and they took out the proper permits from the city, which is very important. They ensured their work as well as their product.

I can't begin to express how happy I am with the job they did!

Professional, kept us informed the entire way, pricing was fair, hard to complain

Hunter, Josh and Andrew did an amazing installation of the doors. Everything was done with care and precision. They worked together as a team and made sure there work area was cleaned up.

Communication is important with details. Estimates with details are written up and shown to you but not shared with actual contract.

They are a first-class company. They are reputable, and everything they advertise is who they say they are.

The gentleman that came out was very helpful and quick at his work

I would recommend them to anyone in the future.

From the salesman to the actual install, I am satisfied with the final products.

I love my new door, but was shocked when they put up a white frame. I may have agreed to that but did not understand what it meant. I would really like the trim to match my new door if that is possible

C and L Ward replaced a windows and the rear storm door. They did a fine job. No issues whatsoever. Eould not hesitate to recommend them.

Cl ward sales people are great I wouldn’t recommend to people I don’t like everything after sales was horrendous.
