Professional, friendly and on time.

The attorney acknowledged the buyer, buyers wife and especially the buyers agt. The atty provided each of the buyers with an Alta statement. For the seller, the atty acknowledged the seller (not his wife or agent) and while giving everyone on the buyers side and Alta failed to give the selling agt a copy not the seller’s wife??? The atty talked loud and seemed to be in a hurry. During the course of the closing the atty asked the buyers daughter her age which was totally inappropriate and unacceptable. While trying to make small talk this was a bit unnecessary. Please treat all parties the same and not just the agent who recommended you. Great location and office staff but attorney needs to have some guidance.
