Always a great experience with C&B Alpharetta!

The Intown location was easy to access, ground floor, welcoming reception area. Closing process was smooth and easy, my client, who were first time home buyers had their mothers attend and they too appreciated the environment and how quick the process was, which gave us more time to head to the house to formally congratulate our new home owners!

This was not a great experience. I have closed with other locations with a seamless process. The closers are not great at gathering necessary info in a timely manner to move forward a closing on time. They also lack knowledge and empathy. My seller overpaid at closing for HOA fees and was told to reach out directly to an how where he no longer owns the home to ask for reimbursement. The entire journey was unacceptable. This location does not uphold the high standards of the Campbell and Brannon name.

The closing agent was clear in explaining each document, courteous, professional, and genuinely friendly throughout the appointment. She made everyone feel comfortable and ensured all questions were answered with patience and clarity. Everything is first class at Campbell and Brannon. My clients loved the friendly greeting, the beautiful waiting area with snacks and drinks, and the professionalism from Jake, the closing attorney. Great customer service. Everything was handled smoothly and without issue. Everyone that we worked with was extremely friendly and helpful.

The Closing Attorney handled everything quickly & smoothly. Unfortunately, the Closing was at 9 am in Alpharetta & the mortgage lender was in California where it was 6 am. The Closing Attorney already had the funds in their Trust Account. However, we had to wait a couple hours for the mortgage lender to approve the release of the funds because of the time difference. The Closing Attorney provided the signed final settlement statement, commission check & funds to the Seller as soon as the mortgage lender approved the release of mortgsge funds.

Come on! Lee always knocks it out of the park - But Alea and Kim make him look GREAT!
