All the team members were extremely patient as we dealt with buyer issues.

I feel like Heaven needs some assistance. There were a few things that fell between the cracks, nothing major but noticible ie being told that there was a signed copy of the poa in the file but Justice said he didn't have it, pay at close checks not being ready and having to wait for the poa to be found and checks processed, updates not happening. HOWEVER, when I called and spoke with Heaven, she was absolutely lovely and super helpful. Once I spoke with her, I put the dots together- she's great at her job just seems overwhelmed and needs some help. I contemplated on whether to say anything or not, as I do not want her to get in trouble. This was just a noticble difference from the last time I used them. Justice happened to mention during the closing how busy yall are. I will still use Campbell & Brannon
