Communication was difficult throughout the transaction. Pushing time sensitive communication to email/portal system is efficient for C&B, but not for other professionals trying to interact with your firm.

The firm is always super responsive and quick to answer questions and resolve any last minute issues!

Hello....I love the team at C & B. However; this experience was disappointing. My buyer had 2 files going with C & B and got very confused as to who to communicate with. She was selling one condo and purchasing another. She is an agent in Destin and thought the the number of people involved and the confusion around it was frustrating. But the biggest issue is that the seller went in to sign the week prior to the closing. The buyer wired cash and sign 2 days prior to closing. But on the closing day C & B literally forgot to close this property and wire funds to the seller! Had I not called around 3:30 or 4 pm to find out what the issue was the property would not have closed. It was truly shocking. The seller's one request the week prior was that the funds be wired before noon or so on the closing day. The seller was very upset that the firm literally forgot to close on closing day.
