The buyer was taken to the hospital the night before closing. I was able to reach the closing attorney that evening who provided workable options in case we needed them. However, the calm responsiveness of the attorney allowed me to ease any closing concerns of the buyer quickly. Fortunately, everyone was well and able to attend the closing in person on time.

As always, my pre- and during-closing experience was exceptional...in all ways. My only suggestion is to try to have someone at the front desk when closings are active -- I arrived for my closing, but there was no one to guide me to the approprirate conference room, so I had to wait, and arrived in the room a bit late. The receptionist, when I mentioned this, was very kind and apologetic...and the entire experience, beyond this minor bit, was a terrific. Thanks, as always!
