As far as Roger goes, he gets more than a 4. He was very very good. It was always to get in touch with him. He always explained everything and was never was in a rush. He made this long project more bearable.

Kim Lee Richards did an amazing job of focusing our needs and design. she called out a cabinet design that changed our who approach. We had to make several changes on the fly since the project was already underway. This is a service where the squeeze is well worth the juice.

Hi Cathy, If you hired a licesned contractor to install the tile, the leaky pan should be under warranty. I recommend tearing out the entire shower. Even if you have to pay for the replacement tile, ... read more
