3 reasons why I wouldn’t jump to recommend immediately:
1. Haggling of price
2. Nail left on floor and my dog stepped on it
3. Sprinkler head was broken. I was promised a refund for replacement, never received it.

I would not recommend Jesse. He did not explain everything clearly to me. I did not understand why the stairs did not get painted. He said it was not part of the estimate.

I didn't know it was going to turn out the way it did. It is exceptional. I'm very pleased with all the work they've done on the house, and the team they bring out doesn't play around. They do what they have to do.

Areas Of Satisfaction - This is an old house, and BUILD PROS CONSTRUCTION met or exceeded my expectations by explaining the dos and don'ts of working on the house. Their explanations made a lot of sense to me and helped me put things in perspective about what needs to be done instead of just band-aid fixes. Their communication is what makes me trust and feel comfortable with them. Also, my pocket feels comfortable with them. I have to pay for this, and I'm comfortable with the decision of going with BUILD PROS CONSTRUCTION from the roof to the paint to the plumbing and everything.

I would like to tell them to come back and finish up the job and complete the job. They did not finish the job, and then they just dropped everything and left. I have tried to call several times, and they don't answer the phones.

So far, it's been excellent service. I was really impressed when the last guy came, and he sort of picked up the cement, brick, and whatever was part of their business. He did it like a search that the police to. He was very thorough.

Additional Comments - I'm going to be using them again for a couple of other projects. They are good.

They are excellent; they do exactly what they say they will do. I actually have another job they are doing and starting tomorrow for my plumbing.

All the workers were easy to work with, professional, efficient, and informative, and it was a relatively pleasant experience.

The workers were great and the job they did.

1) They tore off my roof and replaced multiple boards from my roof and at the end each day they picked up the debris, wood, tools and hauled it away on a trailer. Also they blew around the perimeter and swept so that there were no signs of major construction being done.

2) The timely manner of completing the job.

I believe I was overcharged.

They check on everything and let you know when they are coming out and look that everything is being done right.
