They did a beautiful job, for one thing, and they kept in contact with me, very politely and, I really appreciate what they've done for me.

I would not recommend BluSky to friends or family based on our experience.

Overall, I am happy with the communication and overall attentiveness of BluSky. There are some things that could use some fine tuning.

I had to call more than once to see if they had come back to bring the fans and such. I left multiple messages. Once someone called back and said I was on the list for the next day, but they never called to get into the house or anything. I don't have proof of them not coming back so I have to pay the full amount.

I still have not gotten an accurate, itemized bill reflecting the out-of-pocket cost we agreed to. Parts of our project broke within a week of being "completed," and now I can't get anyone to call me back about the bill, or repair the low-quality workmanship that has led to numerous problems in the now 2 years it has taken to bring the project to "completion." The idea that it is even complete now is a stretch when I've got brand new cabinet doors falling off because they were never properly installed in the first place. We certainly will not be paying any more than we agreed to, for poor-quality workmanship and repeated mistakes by incompetent project managers.

Hired to help move contents to dry out basement, no movement done. Fans placed on furniture, not walls to dry out. Wife had to move furniture and contents, mop, and reposition fans. Left this way for more than 2 weeks. If properly positioned and moved, may not have had the wall damage we did.

Your initial response was timely and effective. However I have been frustrated by the number of 'managers' I have had to deal with. I was very pleased with the team that put in fans and dehumidifiers. Altho I did have to rearrange them to get all the moisture and I think they may have been left here longer than necessary.

The crew made a couple of self inflicted errors which we discussed. Had that not happened, they would get 5 stars.

Our contact was very helpful and friendly until we hit our total allowance for our insurance claim. Once he realized we were paying out of pocket he stopped returning our calls and was very rude. We also were charged almost double for the same service received by another company 2 months earlier. If you’ve got good insurance you probably will get good service. If you’ve have to pay out of pocket watch the bottom line, they will milk it for all they can get.

The response is very prompt, and BluSky Restoration's service is very thorough. The wide variety of capabilities they offer is very effective for someone facing a restoration after a natural disaster.

I was fortunate that I got a crew the night of the storm to extract all of the water and get fans and dehumidifiers going. It made a huge difference.

I am concern regarding the lack of communication following my meeting with Project Director Ryan on August 24th for a repair estimate.

I have not yet received the estimate, and I have not received a response to the email and voicemail I left on September 8th requesting an update.

Asbestos abatement was expensive and failed to contain all toxic asbestos materials. Tile and drywall was removed around the base of the whole bathroom room from unaffected areas without asking us ahead of time. Small areas of asbestos drywall remain on a wall that were affected by flooding around the window frame that I will have to remove myself before construction.
