The work of my house should’ve taken a day to get done. It took me from October through February to get it all done. That’s ridiculous. Also, I had to keep on top of the project manager to get the work done. I’m sorry I’m the customer I shouldn’t be managing your managers.

While the first project manager (Yvgeny) was there he did a good job and communication. The ball dropped when he left and communication stopped.
There are too many crews. You need to have 1 crew from start to finish. The crew that rips your house apart is not the same crew that puts it back together. While yes, they take pictures and video, it is not the same as physically being there. When it came to putting things back together, it was rough. the trade partners were a nightmare. kind, yes, educated on the job, hard no. I still have the caramel colored floor glue on my freshly painted wall from one of the crews that were sent to my house. BS should consider themselves lucky I was comfortable enough with the project manager, "Jimmy" James, to let him know that things weren't going well. When he told me the trade partner was fired and told not to come back to the property they still showed up. When I got upset with him that they were calling me and texting me after "firing" them he follows up with, well that's why I was shocked you wanted me to give them your number. That is not at all the case. I have messages asking if he could share my number and I just said yes. The whole pushing the blame nonsense I got from Jimmy was super irritating. I felt like my standards were too high or that I was extra. I just wanted my really nice house put back together... really well. I felt like putting my house back together well, was almost annoying to them.

Initially, the process began well, things became challenging right away. They communication or lack thereof was the biggest point of frustration. There was a waiting period to determine if the materials we needed were available. First, they said they were, then they were not, which resulted in a significantly larger project. That is ok because we can understand those complexities. The difficulties came when the work began. Their subcontractors would show up early to do the work but did not have supplies so they needed to wait on BluSky, or they would show up planning to do work that was not for our project. The floor people did not so great that the floors had to be torn up again and still when you walk around my house there are pockets that give way. They subcontractor that did the paint and trim skipped places where the put the trim and they would cut it sloppy so it was jagged edges and I had to check everything to make sure it was right or to say you have to put trim here. They kept telling us wrong timelines so then we would plan things and have to change again. They had to redo several areas because the work was just poor such as the transitions between the bedrooms and hallway. They would say it's because its carpet to laminent floor, but that is a very common situation. When all the work was done they said ok check everything and tell us what still needs to be fixed and I thought I am not the expert here. They should have come in and verified the work their subcontractors did, not rely on me. Because now I see things that I did not see before and the work is already completed and we are stuck with it.
