The communication has been amazing.

I feel I should not have had to constantly monitor the work as it progressed and personally call the main project manager and my insurance agent to examine the problems that existed. I was told that I would receive help with cleaning the "mess" and help with moving furniture, as I was expecting out-of-town guests. Never happened.
