Our contact was very helpful and friendly until we hit our total allowance for our insurance claim. Once he realized we were paying out of pocket he stopped returning our calls and was very rude. We also were charged almost double for the same service received by another company 2 months earlier. If you’ve got good insurance you probably will get good service. If you’ve have to pay out of pocket watch the bottom line, they will milk it for all they can get.

I am concern regarding the lack of communication following my meeting with Project Director Ryan on August 24th for a repair estimate.
I have not yet received the estimate, and I have not received a response to the email and voicemail I left on September 8th requesting an update.

Asbestos abatement was expensive and failed to contain all toxic asbestos materials. Tile and drywall was removed around the base of the whole bathroom room from unaffected areas without asking us ahead of time. Small areas of asbestos drywall remain on a wall that were affected by flooding around the window frame that I will have to remove myself before construction.
