Well there were some issues with this project, Brian and Dan did not hesitate to make things right. That is what is called excellent customer service.
I have nothing to share regarding areas needing improvement.
The dynamic duo that came to our home did a fantastic job! Hopefully we never have another similar problem but if we do I am requesting them!!

All team members were very hard workers.

Highlight and explain what do you expect from the client.
Give these to each client in writing.
