BluSky Restoration came out fast and got the job done real quick.

They were good.

Took care of problem on my timeline

It took too long, and the project manager did not keep track of the progress on the project

I just always knew that my project was in good hands. I couldn't be more pleased

Professional and quality work.

Your work was all superb.

I found the communication to be a little challenging.

The crew I worked with was great to work with; they did what they said they would. They were on time and got the job done to my satisfaction. I had another claim I asked that they handle as well.

The BluSky team worked efficiently and completed the project within a deadline we needed.

Subs weren’t always great

Professiomal and reliable

Blusky was there for us. They were responsive and acted according to our needs that we expressed.

They did what they were supposed to do.

Came to house quickly on same day

So quick - and got us on the schedule so much earlier than any other competitor.

The customer service was outstanding. They went over and above.

Management was professional and resolved any issues that I had quickly.

I thought they did a fabulous job. It was a different crew every day, and I do not know why it was not the same crew.

I have no comment.

Everyone was great at their jobs

Good reliable company. Very responsive and able to troubleshoot issues.

They were great to work with. They're very good at communication and do quality work.

Everyone was nice to work with and the completed work is just beautiful. Thank you for everything.

There were some aspects of the job that were done poorly. They responded very quickly and fixed any concerns I had. They were professional and gracious in that process.

Staff was very thorough, friendly and accommodating.

They did a very good job. I would recommend.

BluSky Restoration did a great job.

The communication has been amazing.

I feel I should not have had to constantly monitor the work as it progressed and personally call the main project manager and my insurance agent to examine the problems that existed. I was told that I would receive help with cleaning the "mess" and help with moving furniture, as I was expecting out-of-town guests. Never happened.

Very knowledgeable, kind, and professional.

Bryan M. Was great to work with. Very responsive, very professional, and was able to fix our issue quickly.

Quick to respond and make things right

Perfect

The response time was very fast.

They were great, and I really liked them. They were really responsive and helpful.

Communication was great on all the steps to be completed. Really listened to all my concerns or questions.

While the final result of the work was satisfactory, the technicians’ professionalism was extremely lacking, and the entire project appeared disorganized for what was ultimately a very minor drywall repair scope. The excessive number of walkthroughs, the rudeness displayed toward on-site staff and tenants, and the overall lack of urgency collectively diminished our experience with BluSky. What should have been a straightforward task became unnecessarily complicated, and the conduct of the technicians significantly soured the project from start to finish.

I give an a+ to everything

My home was damaged by a tornado on March 14, 2025. I contacted my insurance company and filed a claim. The insurance company suggested their “Premier Services Program” which required me to use their “preferred contractors” who would work as the contractor as well as the insurance adjuster. I agreed and they sent a representative from Blu Sky who talked a good game but that’s where it ended.
I sighed a contract with them and they began work. However, the trust I had in them was soon broken when they had a crew of apparent unskilled workers who left roofing shingles turned up at the edges and exposed nails, they slapped up the siding, guttering and trim sloppy and non functional. They broke a water line while ripping off the old siding and refused to repair it. The gutters leak when it rains, and water flows over them during a light rain. They attempted to repair their shoddy work but with not much difference.

Did the job professionally

In my opinion they were very professional and executed excellent workmanship. Although they over reacted to what I considered a minor issue. And the that led to a considerable time lapse. I understand that they have procedures which need to be followed.

The personnel were professional and friendly. They worked efficiently, and they did an excellent job.
