Better communication with 1st main adjuster who is in California not local, then switched to another adjuster which she has never reached out to us. Prolonged payment to Tree Service Removal.

The team dried out the areas that received water. However, the communication was lacking. I did not feel confident in their ability throughout the process.

Quick responses, easy to communicate with

First, let me start with the good. Garrett, the project manager was a joy to work with. The project was delayed several times. Not a big deal. Now the bad. After the team did the work it seemed it was left up to me to determine if they did the job correctly. My frustration is, "Why is the customer having to be responsible to make sure the work was done correctly?" It seems logical to me that the company would want to thoroughly inspect their work and make sure it was done correctly. They had to come out 2 times to fix things that I thought were not done correctly the first time. Garrett seemed to agree. Then, a few days ago I was on my ladder and noticed some additional issues that should have been caught by the installers or at least someone who did an inspection of their work. The issues are gaps where water can easily get in and cause water damage at my roof line. However, since I signed off on the work, I guess it is up to me to fix the mistakes and pay for it out of my own pocket. $18,000 is a lot of money. I am happy to talk with someone.
