As of now I am hesitant to recommend based off the workmanship and other areas of concern I listed in this survey.

Material was put right in front of my door and I had trip over it every day. They didn’t clean up at all. On the peak of the house the vents they put in was all the way to the back of my house but 3 feet away on the front. The spouting guys did a good job except they put a down spout where it didn’t belong

Everything was done as it said it would be

I just wanted a physical inspection of the problem that was presented to the company with a photo to the office manager so that you could explain why it was like that and if it could be fixed

From estimate to installation the fellows were great to work with.

User friendly

There wasn’t enough tin delivered. It rained now I have rain spots on my ceiling. I told them it wasn’t enough. I told them they needed to put a tarp on it that morning. They were supposed to bring paint and paint over the spots. I still have not heard back from them.

Completed the roof in one day

I was not treated very well, they took forever to do the job. They were big bullies, and I was called ignorant because of their ignorance. They also caused damage, which was a very bad experience.

Once the work was done, I was told I may get a portion of my money back on materials they did not use on the deck. I do not have any paperwork on the roof. I contacted my insurance company and they needed documentation. I talked to Brody; he was going to send me the document in the mail and the vacation voucher but I still have not received anything. I have nothing to show that I had the work done. I don't feel good about this. The guys who did the work were very professional, did it quickly, and cleaned up well. They will send me stuff over my phone but I don't know how to print the messages.

Their communication with me has been subpar. They were supposed to come out and do the job. I had to call them multiple times to get it scheduled. I wasn't happy with their communication whatsoever. They promised me a free vacation. I called and spoke to the owner, and he assured me that the company that handles those deals would contact me. I paid out right and didn't finance it. I still haven't heard from them. That was three weeks ago.

They did an excellent job, especially Ruben and Scott. The teamwork and the clean up was good.

Best Choice Roofing's communication could use improvement. I had to follow up on a couple of repairs. The estimate timelines consistently got changed. However, once the project was done, it turned out really well.

There were issues that we had to repeatedly call about. It was fixed to our satisfaction in the end but disappointing that on several occasions we were told they were coming out to fix and never showed and we never got a phone call to reschedule. We would have to call. Not great customer service.

Would likely recommend this company. They replaced my roof in one day, so disruption was minimal.

they are expensive but if you take in the replacement of materials plus instalation which no other company offers free instalation when replacing then add in 50 years rather than the normal 20 Years warranty

I like that they did what they said they would do and did a cleanup job that was not 100% but mostly. The guys were friendly. The only thing I had issues with was to let the dogs out in the back yard because of the way they draped the house.
