The only problem I had was it took two to three months to get the warranty paperwork. I don't know if it was Best Choice or Owens Corning or a software issue.

They don't stand behind what they say. No one has called me back to try and correct the problem.

My new roof leaked the very first hard rain! We have spoken to Jade and she scheduled someone to come to our home! This was supposed to be with a production manager! He did not show up! We called Jade again and she apologized! She rescheduled and again no one showed! My brand new roof, that we spared no expense, leaked immediately and continues to leak and we can’t seem to get any assistance from BCR in getting the problem resolved or BCR to honor the warranty!

Everybody was really great to work with, easy going, and made it a pleasant experience. They got the old roof off and the new roof on in one day. They cleaned up well and I really don't have any complaints.

My contract states that I was supposed to get wind mitigation, which I did get it done, but they just won't provide it to me, and I need to provide it to my insurance company. My insurance rates went up. It is not that I didn't get the roof put on, and it is not that I didn't get the wind mitigation, but they are not responding to my texts, they are not responding to my emails, they are not responding to my calls, and the inspector is not allowed to give it to me directly. They are making the process nearly impossible. Like, what is the point of getting a roof done if I can't even get the discount? That is a lot of money to pay when you can't even get what you are supposed to get out of it. It was back in September and now it is February. That is more than enough time.

I heard some good things about the company but I did not get the service I paid for. They were supposed to take off the gutters and reinstall them. They were to remove the awning and reinstall it. There was supposed to be someone at the location to supervise the crew. Please be advised none of these things happen. I paid for quality service and they sent two young men who did not have the tools to remove the awning. They used my tools and then they worked around the awning because they said it was too heavy to remove off the house.

They did a great job. The person I was dealing with did an amazing job with helping guide me with my insurance company and the issues I had with it. I am still working with them on the siding.

They promise one thing but do another. When it comes time to do the job, they send a contractor, or someone that sometimes doesn't even know exactly what he has to do.

I am very pleased with the efficiency of the Best Choice Roofing & Home Improvement guys and how thorough they were with the cleanup. They cleaned up well as they went. I was just really impressed with how efficiently they worked. They took exactly an hour for lunch and were back at it. The crew did not waste any time while they were on the job.
