WOW! We got the lucky straw when we found Balfour through our Insurance company. Our Condo had a pipe burst and we did not know where to turn or what to do. Our insurance handed us to Balfour and we were in great hands from there!

They were overpriced, the quality of work was poor, and they damaged the carpet and my walls.

The project manager was friendly, responsive, and prompt. But the subcontractors were not very good. I was not happy with the work. We had to redo it. They did come back out to finish it. But I had someone else in my family fix up things like with with the plaster and ceiling vents.

Pleased with the work done, all the guys he worked the job were professional and entertaining to my kids.

I know with the Covid-19 some things were out of anyone's control but at the beginning I felt that communication was not always the best. I would be told that someone was going to contact me and I would wait several days and have to make a phone call. The original Contractor I know was later dismissed so maybe that could have been the problem I don't know.

They took a lot longer than expected. They had to come back 3 times to fix items that were missed.
