Wall damage on abutment wall

Very likely to to recommend to people for tha reasons listed below, with the caveat that it is not a bargain basement operation.

With all the steaks that were made, I would be very hesitant to give a good review due to the issues that I had. $22,000 was a very high price to pay for an inferior product and the salesman did a poor job of expressing my wishes as to what I wanted. I had really wanted the barn doors. He missed March everything and I had to wait for a month and a half to get anything rectified you may not want to publish this. You look good on TV, but the practical application at least for me was not up to my standards.

The work was done in 24 hours, which is surprising considering it was only one person doing the work, very happy with the results, and the professionalism of the person that did the work.

The two installers were very professional, polite, and courteous. They cleaned up well.

I am just realizing right now, and I have the sliding door and shower beautiful, but how am I supposed to clean it? They didn't give me a showerhead I can spray. It is just a shower, so do I bring in a pail? I think if they had given me a showhead I could pull down and spray it, and it would make a difference, but they did not. I didn't realize I would need that only after a couple of showers. What should I use, or not use?

I definitely would recommend Trevor from jacuzzi to do the work, he is awesome and very professional. Excellent job

I am extremely pleased with my new shower by Jacuzzi as well as the overall services provided. The installers arrived on time and took care of my property to be sure it was well done, causing no damage and removing all old materials. And they were in and out in one day as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends & neighbors.
