I am extremely pleased with the job they did. I'm very overwhelmed and so glad I had it done. It went smoothly. The installers were all so pleasant. It's such a pleasure to take a shower. I'm so pleased I did this.

Several things mentioned in our initial meeting with the project specialist proved to be incorrect. We were told all installers would be Jaccuzzi employees, the installers were sub contractors.

Quality product and expert installer

Very easy & professional installation!

The bottom lip should come up about 1 inch to 1 1/2 inches higher than what it is. The floor is very sleaper and now I have to go out and get a mate to put in the shower.

The quality and workmanship were fine. Very expensive though

all good except for bracket cover for angled safety bar. See below

Good quality but I’m not sure it’s worth the price. Probably 15 to 20 % overpriced

From the first visit with MacKenzie to the install, everyone was very professional, efficient and friendly. The work was completed in one day, the debris was taken away, and, literally, no mess in the house. When asked to return to put a non skid surface on the plate, it was done within days of our call. We love our Jacuzzi Walk In Shower!!!

I'm very happy with it, and everybody who sees it likes it.

Our worker was on time , didn’t take breaks, wasn’t on his phone. He worked until it was finished. His work ethic couldn’t be any better. And it came out beautiful

Absolutely a beautiful job they did. I had a very old tub/shower and now it's a very stylish new bathroom.

Looks great and the installer did a great job.

The Jacuzzi Bath Remodel was professional, and they did a great job.

Everything went as planned and described at our initial contact with the salesman.
The crew were top notch professionals. They exlained their process and procedeed to work effeciently and as clean as possible. During the process they answered all our questions. When completed they explained the how the showers system works, how to clean the walsl, and glass.

Way too expensive. Keep asking for paperwork to start the exorbitant payments with no results yet.

Professionalism of the crew, walked me through what was going to be done, checked in with me through out the work being done. Made sure they understood what I wanted. Cleaned up the work area throughly.

The salesman wrote up the contract with the incorrect material listed. To have the correct one installed it would have cost us $3,000+ . There were also several other errors in our application for credit approval (spelling of our last names, employment & income)

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is overpriced. They put in our new bathroom. It didn’t drain properly—the water pooled—and the ceiling seals weren’t in place. They came out after many phone calls and replaced the entire thing. And now the recessed shelf for soaps and things has not been sealed at the top, so water is running down behind it. The workers also dented that shelving when they put it in the wall. We have made phone calls. My daughter has been dealing with this—she’s not available right now; her name is Anne. She would be much more harsh in her comments. But no, we are not pleased with the work. As I said, it is overpriced. When the two sales reps—a man and a woman—came, they quoted a price. We told them no. They came down, and then told us that the offer was only available then. If we didn’t agree right then to the contract, that price would not be available again. So anyhow, no, we’re not pleased. And we regret having contracted with them.

Excellent service, from sales representative to the professional team that installed the walk-in shower.

I've come to learn we paid several thousand dollars too much for the conversion

Quality product, quality service and quality customer service. They made sure that everything was fine and even after installation, they were still accessible.

Everything. Speed of installation. Expertise of your installaters and protection of my property.

The experience with Service Finance really was terrible! Need a different Gnance Company

I am likely to recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel because it was recommended to me.
