The Jacuzzi Bath Remodel was professional, and they did a great job.

Everything went as planned and described at our initial contact with the salesman.
The crew were top notch professionals. They exlained their process and procedeed to work effeciently and as clean as possible. During the process they answered all our questions. When completed they explained the how the showers system works, how to clean the walsl, and glass.

Way too expensive. Keep asking for paperwork to start the exorbitant payments with no results yet.

Professionalism of the crew, walked me through what was going to be done, checked in with me through out the work being done. Made sure they understood what I wanted. Cleaned up the work area throughly.

The salesman wrote up the contract with the incorrect material listed. To have the correct one installed it would have cost us $3,000+ . There were also several other errors in our application for credit approval (spelling of our last names, employment & income)

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is overpriced. They put in our new bathroom. It didn’t drain properly—the water pooled—and the ceiling seals weren’t in place. They came out after many phone calls and replaced the entire thing. And now the recessed shelf for soaps and things has not been sealed at the top, so water is running down behind it. The workers also dented that shelving when they put it in the wall. We have made phone calls. My daughter has been dealing with this—she’s not available right now; her name is Anne. She would be much more harsh in her comments. But no, we are not pleased with the work. As I said, it is overpriced. When the two sales reps—a man and a woman—came, they quoted a price. We told them no. They came down, and then told us that the offer was only available then. If we didn’t agree right then to the contract, that price would not be available again. So anyhow, no, we’re not pleased. And we regret having contracted with them.
