Starting with the initial meeting with an ARI representative and extending through the completion of the work, we have been very pleased with ARI. Other companies we contacted seemed to devote no more that a few minutes to inspecting our roof and providing an estimate. In contrast, ARI's representative, Garrett Ledger, met with us for 90 minutes and explained the entire process including how the Cool Roof ordinance for our area would impact our tile color choices. After we entered into the contract, ARI was very flexible on a start date that would meet our needs and, once the work commenced, ARI's crew worked diligently from start to completion. The project supervisor, Eric De Los Santos, was highly responsive to any concerns and a pleasure to work with. Moreover, to our surprise, no payments were requested by ARI until the project was completed and we were satisfied. The final work appears to be of very high quality and the new roof has greatly improved the appearance of our home.
