It depends on the crew. The first crew I got the beginning of this project did not do a very good job. The second crew, of this project a very good job.

reword I cannot recommend ATI Restoration highly enough. Tami Umland, Justin Moore and Jose Sandoval are the team I work with, and they are amazing! Across all of our location working on projects big and small the entire ATI team is consistently reliable, exceptionally responsive, and a true pleasure to work with. Their dedication, hard work, and support have been invaluable, ensuring that every project is handled with the highest level of professionalism and care. The communication with so many different contacts and the damage to our house was disappointing. they switched out a door and left numerous things broken. our flooring squeaks and has odd marks on it.

Currently there are opportunities with keeping area free of trash and removing trash at end of day, protecting other parts of house from dust build up, and damaging other parts of house while completing project.

Delays and more delays. Got the run around, dishonesty. Still have not completed the work. A job that should take a week is delayed 4 plus months. Very stressful. I regret deeply hiring them.

Communication has been excellent. We still have the recon phase remaining, but so far I couldn't ask for anything more.

It took way too long, and isn’t finished yet. At one point I went about six weeks with nothing happening. My emails weren’t replied to, phones weren’t answered, and voicemails weren’t replied to. When I finally was able to get to a human being, I was told things like, “Oh, I sent ‘so and so’ an email.” Or, “I sent ‘so and so’ a text.” Then I would wait another week and start over again.

Apparently, the guy in charge of my project left the company, and my job was forgotten about.

Lately I’ve been told my work will be delayed for higher priority projects. I think by now my contract should be at the top of everyone’s lists.


One time I stopped by my house during a summer heat wave. No one had been there for a week. The air conditioning was set at 73 degrees. I put it at 76 when I’m sleeping! That ended up costing me an extra $90. Then I walked around the outside, and one of my back doors was open. Not just unlocked, open!

The only concern I had was the lack of communication with regards to when people were coming to the house and what was taking place.

We were assigned ATI via our insurance carrier. Dry out and demo was fine, everything else has been a headache.

That’s it no shower no floor. They just put the toilet in last week just so that we have the toilet to go to the bathroom upstairs, but that’s it.

I would never recommend this company for anything. I would have been better off taking the insurance money from the drunks Insurance company and finding my own people!!!

They did an excellent job and did it on time.

ATI has consistently not responded to my insurance adjuster, not responded to questions about scheduling, and had consistently poor workmanship throughout the entire rebuild. We are nearly 7 months into the rebuild process that should have been completed in 1 month. Several portions of the job has had to be redone due to unskilled vendors. We have had to manage the project at every step, anticipating problems and overseeing the scheduling and work because ATI has been very hands off during the whole process. We have had to escalate our issues 3 separate times to the regional management in order to get movement on our project.

Henry Cho responded incredibly fast to a changing situation that required almost an immediate response. He continued to provide support and feedback throughout my project staying in contact with me to make sure the ATI was exceeding my expectations.

They were very efficient and personable throughout the entire experience.

Poor communication, poor follow up, poor workmanship, poor customer service, lack of follow through. Very disappointed that this was such a bad experience for everyone involved.

It took several weeks and three bids from your techs to finely come up with the final cost of repairs. ATI did not order enough tile for the flooring and too much for the backsplash.

I would recommend ATI because they are reputable company and I do feel better about them than the last company that I had fix a leak and complete the repair.

Date of Fire: Feb 1, 2024. It took over 2 years to restore my fire damaged home after I was told it would only take 9 months. Please note, there was a fatality, my husband from smoke inhalation on 02/25/24, and I felt I was taken advantage of. ATI was given a check directly from my insurance within a year of the date of loss. So I don't know why the 2yr delay. My property was untouched by ATI for a long time before restoration really began. I have photos.

The local "point of contact" had changed often too. I was never given the option to pick colors, cabinets or flooring. I met more with the sub contractor and only saw an ATI representative a couple times. He was like the 4th or 5th different point of contact. The Solar Panels are still attached to my roof. I was told they were damaged and would be replaced (?)

I basically trusted ATI because I lost my husband, who was a handy man/painter/plumber and he would have been helping restore had he survived. The loss goes beyond the fire damage. While the property's restoration was stagnant, it gave opportunity for squatters and thieves on several occasions. A Police report was filed but unfortunately, personal property that was kept in the back sheds were stolen & not covered by my insurance. The question is, "if the restoration had been completed within the original time frame, would I still have my property today?" Neighbors had witnessed thieves but police couldn't do anything without the homeowner present. A mute point, but a point none the less.

Professional, communicative, quality of work is superb not cheap looking and these individuals really take pride in their work.

Everything about ATI is great, especially Henry and his being on top of everything!

It's been a challenge.. They send people who are not able to do things.
So, they have to done over and over.
This is taking way too long.
My questions to the guy in charge are not answered.
The ONLY guy that was extremely qualified was Marco, the flooring guy. He did a superb job on the flooring in the 2 rooms.
We still have many cabinets to get installed, and a very long sink and vanity

The first work done of dehydrating my house after a water leak was good. The restoration was a nightmare. I would never recommend someone go through the restoration nightmare with this company.
