The work crews were the best, efficient, on time, & friendly.

Everything was great! Except they left hazardous waste barrells on our lawn for a while. And we're still waiting on a quote for a shower replacement. :-)

It took a very long time to get my work scheduled and to begin. It was difficult to finalize the plan.

While the quality of the work was very acceptable, the timetable in accomplishing both the remediation and then the rebuild was unsatisfactory.
By the way this is Don, the owner, answering and not Mark the tenant who wasn’t involved other than initially when the leak occurred.

Overall, my experience was good. The communication was good. Things were done on time and accordingly. I am pretty happy with the work.

Too many concerns to list…had to redo almost everything

My experience with ATI Restoration wasn't a good one. It took them about six to seven months to come to my house and start the restoration. They were quick to get there to get their bid in/start it, but it took them six to seven months just to start doing the restoration part. They were there when my mishap happened, but as far as the mishap and drying it out, after that, it was almost six to seven months for them to come start my restoration. There is zero communication. I always got the run around, made multiple calls, and I only tried to stick with them because they were a recommended company with USAA, which is a very good insurance company with me.

Handled efficiently

Had a very poor experience at the beginning. The woman in charge of the project did not take the pictures of the kitchen correctly. She was very difficult to get ahold of, she did not seem to have he her heart in it

They always do the work they say they are going to do in a timely manner, and they are respectful of the schedules of the team and property. Communication is excellent.

My insurance company sent ATI to mitigate a flooding incident. For several weeks they had a dehumidifier and fans running in my house. They took off doors to my cupboards and accidentally cut through my kithchen island. I asked if they were going to take out the kickboards and they said they would get to it. They never did. They accidentally knocked off drawer faces. When I brought the construction people they found that ATI did not finish the job. Had to bring in another mitigation company to complete the job.

There were too many issues with changes in project managers and estimators until the District Manager stepped in. Once ATI assigned the last estimator and project manager things went smoothly.

ATI Restoration was very thorough, their work is top tier, very knowledgeable when it came to what I wanted. They were very patient with me and my "can you", "will you". I would rate them a 10/10. I Love my new space....

I had to have them return a 2nd time because the first estimate was completed and the hot water closet was not repaired. Had to reschedule them to return another trip later in the month.

ATI Restoration lives up to their name. My house was a disaster after the storm and floods in our area. ATI dried, deconstructed, reconstructed, renovated and installed a new floor! I could ask for no more! They made me a very happy person.

This process has been much too slow, it has dragged on for months now and I fear we are still months out from completing the rebuild. The demolition was completed in a timely manner, but then literally nothing for months... this project should have been done by now.

Horrible communication and service.

Very slow to no response. I tried to contact the project manager (Jeremy) many times to make a change - I am giving up because it is too difficult to proceed without document for next step. I contacted AAA for help, Amy said she called everyone at ATI too but to no avail.

I really want to give a shout out to Jeremy Rodriguez. He was a great communicator, took the time to explain the insurance process and kept me up to date on what was happening, and always answered my questions. It was a crazy rainy season and we had a family loss, and he was great to work with and communicate with.
