the initial response was good but no demo was done so the damage spread further than it should’ve
They're the ones that I found that respond very well and get the job done quickly.
fast, reliable service
We did not choose ATI, they were assigned. We knew nothing about water damage mitigation companies. This was difficult and stressful and did not know what to expect next. Basically, the communication was poor.
ATI was responsive, friendly, and clean.
This was the worst company I ever worked with my whole life. No communication, lying, numerous staff changes and more
They can be expensive.
They are very responsive.
They were quick to serve. They were thorough and confident.
Fast response and friendly communications.
It's a very reliable company, and I will always suggest this company to my friends or colleagues.

Took too long, and communications stopped after a while.
They are very informative.
Would recommend but the initial response time was slow (unusual from my previous experience) and the payment portal is absolutely frustrating
They had a very quick response.
The communication has been pretty good, and everyone's been pleasant.
Refusal to state what was found after demolition was completed.
The work is beautiful when the project is completed.
Extremely poor experience. Delays, lack of communication, diminishing trust, lack of quality control, no follow through, over promising/under delivering, felt taken advantage of, lack of respect from Mark Nelson, over purchasing of materials, inaccurate timelines
They really try to work around our schedule to help keep the office open. Mark the project manager goes out of his way to make scheduling convenient.
They're usually super great, they're reliable, and they're super quick for every service request we have.
They were timely and very efficient.
We were able to coordinate the work while we were out of our home on vacation to a week. It was great coming home to a new floor and everything back in place.
Worker were extremely polite and efficient with their work always on time
Not a professional company, not professional workers, roo much to describe
Work performed was excellent, employees are awesome, super polite but it took very long time to begin repairs after demo.
Very experienced and professional. Worked really well to coordinate with the environmental testing team. I used ATI for smoke and ash damage and then for mold damage in another of my properties.
ATI knows what they're doing and they're really great to work with
I would recommend them.
Quick service and attentive Project Management
No I could not recommend. Whenever you have a loss due to a leak, you don’t want to have to go through every line item for accuracy. I had to do this for demolition as well as going over the line items for restoration. It’s time consuming and frustrating
The workers were on time every day, very cordial, respectful and hard working. The job was completed in the quoted time, and the cleanup was excellent. There was no further need for cleaning, to pass testing inspection.
They are by far have the quickest response and the best restoration company out there.
It’s been months. My home is still trying to clear lead testing
They were fine. My first time with a construction company so I have no comparison.
Friendly and flexible to work with.
Jose and Kyle were professional. They know how to respond. They were professional and timely. They work well together.
I met ATI on April 16 2026 when my kitchen burned they have not done my kitchen yet so I’m not at all satisfied
They provided great customer service, they were informative, friendly, professional, provided a quick response, and they were thorough.
Right now, I am a little disillusioned because the project is still not done. They have not finished the project at this time. The project is taking too long to complete, so I would give them a four or five.

The company does a very poor job in updating its customers on any changes or any of what needs to be done. I think that ATI postpones projects unnecessarily. I don't think that they manage projects really well, simply because they came out and did a quote, and they highly underestimated the quote. I think that had they done it differently, for example, gone to the city, gotten the permit, had the city come out, and told them what needed to be done, and then generated a quote for the insurance company. I think that would have been the more effective way to go. Instead, what they did was they gave a quote to the insurance company, then came in, brought in the city to look at what needed to be done to get a building permit, and the city told them additional things that needed to be done. Just to give clarity to this delay, this project started back in February of 2026. It is not July. That is after the water mitigation, so on and so forth. So, I think that unnecessary delays and it doesn't seem that communication is at all infectious. This is after paying what it would cost for them to do the job as we agreed to. So, that is the answer. I wouldn't wish this on any homeowner.
The process was real slow in the beginning but once after that everything has been smooth
We had a good experience with ATI. They are polite and professional. I only had to experience them for a couple days as no work was actually done. They came and taped off our affected areas and placed a dehumidifier, per the homeowners insurance instructions.
Fantastic crew. They cleaned up a crawl space under our house which is very low in height and a difficult space in which to work. A cast iron sewer pipe had developed a leak. They worked their schedule with that of the contractor doing the repiping. They did the cleanup in the morning and the contractor patched the leak in the afternoon. Very communicative, on time, cleaned up afterwards and knew their stuff. It was a joy to work with this company.
All crews did a great job, both in talking to us and the work they did
The work started over a month later than I signed the original paperwork for-I originally would not have recommended at all except the workers who came to do the job esp Jose were amazing and the job they did was great.
