I really want to give a shout out to Jeremy Rodriguez. He was a great communicator, took the time to explain the insurance process and kept me up to date on what was happening, and always answered my questions. It was a crazy rainy season and we had a family loss, and he was great to work with and communicate with.
St times it was hard to get in touch with someone on our house.
your techs are top notch, they've done this before and they needes no superversion from our team
The friendliness and great response from the Project Manager to any questions.
STOP CONTACTING US.
Project to much longer than it should have. Craftsmanship was below average and I had to point out multiple issues. They contractors used to install sinks and slab were solid, as well as carpet install.
This first phase was amazing. Tyler did an outstanding job and work was done quickly .
The second part of putting home back together has been slow, and lack of communication.
Professional
We worked with ATI through our AAA claim, everything was top notch, communication, timeliness, work quality, etc. I'll certainly reach out to ATI for any future projects!
ATI has good communication with the customers, very pleasant project managers very knowledgeable.
The professionalism and friendliness of the service.
We wish our insurance company was as cooperative as ATI
Good experience
I am not likely to recommend ATI Restoration to a friend because they were not a professional group. I like working with them and enjoyed the prompt responses and supervision. They had a good understanding of the work and did everything fully without causing me any problems.
Project took too long and there was poor communication.
The quality of workmanship was great.
Invoicing is not clear. We were told to expect a certain price and it ended up being double that.
The process was one crew moisture mapped the other crew demoed the area than another crew came to check if it was dry and determined additional drywall needed to be removed. Not sure the purpose of the first crew and the demo crew if additional moisture is found.
Anthony and his team with Mitigation was great to work with. Jerry was wonderful and was always available and the glue of the project. Very good. Oscar was great and very talented.
The project manager Art was very responsive and helpful, but the subcontractors were often difficult to communicate with, and the whole process was very slow. I also had to point out problems that should have been obvious to them. Overall, not impressed and not sure I'd recommend them.
The crew was fine. The project manager was unreliable and untrustworthy. He would tell us one thing and reality would be very different. He lied about his crew, he lied to me about a conversation he had with my wife, and he lied about conversations we had directly.
The quality of their work is impressive.
Excellent service!
Good communication. Quick work and cleaned up nicely
Tt
Victor Cannon the Project Mngr was one of the nicest persons I have ever Met. This was such an overwhelming
experience ( im 78 yrs) and Victor is the reason I was able to survive this situation. Not only was he so kind and understanding but to professional. He managed his wonderful crew to expedite this job as quick as possible. The quality of their work was flawless. Because of Victor and his crew i will b forever grateful. This company is a number 10.
They're a trusted company when it comes to making sure things are done properly.
They're a trusted company when it comes to making sure things are done properly.
They do a good quality work at a reasonable price.
There was no communication from any representative from the company. They did not submit a bid. They did the work without prior approval for the work. Once they started the work and we went over the scope of the work that was going to be done, when they finished, that work that we had agreed upon after we actually spoke about it, did not get done. They did not even do a third of what they had explained to myself and the property manager that they were going to do. They did what they wanted, and they left the property, the apartment, a disaster. They did a very poor job cleaning up after themselves and when I contacted the representative that I had originally spoke to, she told me that I would get a call back. I never got a call back or heard from anybody. As far as a follow-up, I was told that the technician or the person that came out to give us the proposal was out of town or something. We were just fed excuse and excuse, to the point where we just received an invoice later for the scope of work that was never done. Our accounts payable ended up paying the invoice just to get it out of the way, but we ended up paying the invoice for work that was never done that they claimed to have done.
I never rate a 10, I feel there is always room for improvement. Now, with that said, I will definitely recommend ATI for all their attentiveness to the project I had to endeavor. Thank you, ATI.
The repair and restoration crews were very professional and courteous. Thank you!
The work was good but there was a 6 week period where nothing happened
no communication between management and workers. Work crews do not speak English making communication difficult.
I've been using ATI for my portfolio here in Las Vegas since 2009...have no plans to use anyone else. They set the bar pretty high.
ATI is very responsive.
It started amazing with my project manager, then he was fired, I was informed of this by the workers and it was all downhill from there.
They did a great job.
When you use HomeDepot cabinets that only cost $900 and I have to pay $300 out of pocket on a 22k job is absolutely ridiculous and ripping the customer and AAA Off. and Rudy the contractor taking the 2 guys off my job so they can finish that job before my home is the absolute worst ever. When I have to build shelves in the cheep cabinets that were installed so I could make my cabinets like I had is another red flag. So many things went wrong on this job and I will never recommend and I plan to make sure AAA never uses ATI for another job ever again !! The worst customer service ever !!!
Great customer service!
I got a phone call from somebody who I don’t know. They asked if my name which is Cheri Summerfield., and I politely asked Back who is this, and they said is Cheri Summerfield there and I said can I please ask who’s calling?.
They said it’s for your home warranty your home warranty and I said what does this regards to? Gentleman or the other N said your home warranty and I said I don’t know what you’re talking about. Can you please tell me what property you’re talking about because I have one more property that is on a warranty. It took a couple times for me to ask what property he was asking you about.. still he would not tell me who he was or why he was calling then he finally said the property on North wind three N. wind. I said yes this is her. Then he continued to tell me how rude I was for asking questions from a phone number that I have no idea who it is. This is what happened and then he continue to tell me that he was going to cancel my claim because I was so rude. I don’t understand how I was rude by talking to a stranger trying to find out what they we’re asking for.
Responsive project team.
I called ATI out on a friend's insurance claim when a vehicle struck his commercial building, and they went way above and beyond. His feedback was very favorable, and they were very helpful.
The individuals who came to my home to perform cleanup and removal were excellent and I have no negative things to say about them in that regard, but my complain is with Tom Carey, a Customer Account Rep with ATI. My renters insurance, Lemonade, hired ATI to perform cleanup and removal at my home and after the job was completed, Lemonade informed me that they would be paying ATI for the work they did. A few weeks after the job was completed, Tom reached out to me requesting payment. I informed Tom that my insurance would be handling, not me. About a month later, Tom reached out to me again, once again requesting payment that I was not responsible for making. He said he contacted my insurance (without any of my insurance information) and my insurance told him that I was paid out and that I'd be making the payment. I called my insurance and they assured me that they'd be paying ATI and that I was not responsible for the payment. I once again informed Tom via email that my insurance would be handling the payment as I was, once again, not responsible. Then earlier this week, Tom reached out YET AGAIN asking for payment. My insurance emailed me staying that payment to ATI HAD ALREADY BEEN MADE. I had to request of my insurance to contact ATI and tell them to cease all contact with me to request payment for something I WAS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR. Your guys account reps need to communicate better with all parties with situations like this. The stress that I felt hearing about a $19,000 bill I supposedly owed after the last several months I've had of being homeless and uncertainty of wondering where I'd be living after the cleanup was not something I needed to hear. Do better next time.
They saved me from being scammed by another restoration company.
The people I interacted with were some of the nicest people I have met
You'll work for the insurance company in wrote a half-assed estimate The benefit of the insurance company until I had to fight with them about the inaccuracies in your estimate
When the work is finished. Too soon for me to say.
There was no communication until a few months after the drunk driver drove through my garage, and I complained to my insurance company. Then I received minimal communication. Then you switched my contact person without notification, and I only found out because again, I contacted my insurance company. Something that happened on April 13 should be completed before December. I could go on in much more detail but no one would listen anyway.
Not much was right. Communication was non existent. Job took way too long. Different portions of demo were not properly prioritized (e.g., removal of floor tile should have waited until walls were demoed down to the studs in order to expedite the review by a structural engineer). Work that was paid for was never done (e.g., disposal of patio furniture was included in costs but was never done).
The workmanship was subpar and after all the drying and drywall removal was done it took 6 weeks for your parent company to approve the work. Why? It was already approved by my insurance company?
