Initial prework contact was good. After that it was sketchy until crew arrived.

Process was pretty decent until last phase

The cleanup manager and crew was outstanding and so were the installation crew. The management for the installation needed to insure parts for the installation were in place in an adequate time frame.

I was not satisfied with how ATI handled the decision to dry the carpet & wood, versus remove the wet areas.

When I filed my insurance claim I chose ATI at the recommendation of my insurer to make things simple. ATI was easy to work with and professional. Rich the project manager handled the entire job like a real pro. Rich went well out of his way to make sure as a client I was satisfied with the work performed. He was always available, courteous and easy to work with. I have no clue if ATI is a good company, but if you happen to get rich assigned to your job then your in luck. As long as they have project managers like him then everything will work out

Mr. Kevin Wang and Mr. Lebrente Stephenson were both extremely informative and professional throughout the entire project. They answered all of my questions, kept me updated on the progress, and clearly explained what I could expect and how long the project would take. They provided me with a great deal of valuable information and made sure I stayed informed every step of the way. I truly appreciated their communication, knowledge, and professionalism throughout the process.

Rip off

Removed equipment without approval; didnt communicate anything with me, only Slide insurance; once i wouldnt sign the contract waiting liability the team stopped communicating with me

Tarp install delayed 1 day after planned install. That night a downpour dumped additional water inside my home. Tarp leaked and ATI had to return 4 times. In the meantime paneling, furniture, and flooring unnecessarily ruined. The dehumidifier in the crawl space was not put in service for more than a week after event. One dehumidifier they set out leaked and the second one stopped working after 1 day.

Sarah and everyone we worked with were fantastic! Very patient and helpful as we navigated this process with the insurance company.

ATI Restoration took a long time to get the work done, but the quality of the workmanship was good.

The preservation did not preserve, it was wasteful, and it with 7 times more expensive than it should have been.

The communication could be much better.

They completed the work well.

My home restoration is almost 6 months behind estimated completion date with no justifications.

Everyone that was part of the rpocess was very trustworthy and non judgemental. Unfortunately, we are borderline hoarders, but they were not judgemental. They did their jobs, and they were very polite about it.

I am very likely to recommend ATI Restoration because they delivered in a very quick turnaround time once we purchased a property that had deferred maintenance and life and safety issues. They provided their proposals in a timely manner and were excellent with communication, sending status updates and photos throughout the process. They kept us informed of any issues or if they uncovered another problem that required repairs. They sent us pricing if they were to handle it and also allowed us time if we wanted to find another vendor to get additional proposals. Needless to say, we went with ATI the whole way through.
