Your company is so large that it seems individual projects may get slower service than a more local company.

Communication and coordination was horrible. Three people from ATI (not the insurance adjuster) had to come look at my house before anyone would come to do any work. Updates were inaccurate and I often couldn't get confirmation on when work would be done. No one could get to my house before ~11 AM days when they did work. The workers left a mess / paint on items that weren't supposed to be painted that I have spent a lot of time cleaning up and somethings can't be cleaned - paint splatters on my flooring, light fixture, banister and tile glue in my rug. Supplies/material debris were dumped in front of the house and I got an HOA complaint. On site manager had an attitude and I just couldn't wait to get everyone out of my house and be done even though I don't think the work was done well.

Early to appts., efficiency, very skilled workmanship, frequent updates from Kevin, Project Manager, completed job ahead of schedule, all workers professional. Extremely satisfied with final outcome.

Didn't schedule as asbestos test like pjt manager said he would. Poor communication. Construction estimate was comically lower than any other bid, definitely in state farms pocket with a conflict of interest. It took me extra time to get state farm to get back to reasonable. They never opened up the ceiling and there was water damage in it found later. All around a horrible experience.

ATI has great ideas and the quality of their work is outstanding

They did great work and answered all of my questions. They made me feel at ease when they boarded up my house, and I chose them to do the reconstruction of the house.

There is only one thing I would change. I had three points of contact through the process and I personally would recommend you only have one point of contact throughout the process.

I cannot believe the charge of 1800.00 for a 9 square feet area blowing air on it for 3 days. In addition there was no more than 5 hours total of employee time expended. Ridiculous and I am going to file a complaint with the Attorney General’s office.

The process was excellent with Arian. He came every day and supervised. They were professional and clean.
