I was told that they would communicate every step. They just left everything open in the bathroom with the toilet in the tub , the tiles all removed. If I knew they would not be repairing all of that, I would not allowed the mitigation work to proceed.

Even though the customer service and work performance was good I can’t honestly say I would recommend this company ONLY because of the time it took to actually start my restoration.

I would warn people that they work for the insurance company and try to save them money instead of taking care of the problem.

It took two years and 3 different project managers to get a partial bathroom reconstruction finished. The last PM (Calvin) was excellent and worked proactively to get the job done, but the previous PMs didn't seem to do anything to move the job forward unless I contacted them to check on the project's status. Getting materials took forever. Scheduling work took forever. The whole process just moved too slowly.

They were always professional and available. Call backs were ALWAYS returned. Knowledgeable too.

They did not respect my property. I had several employees spit up flem in my driveway and leave it. I had an estimate for repairs grosely underestimated and leaving things out. For example thee was a vanity that needed to be replaced because it was damaged. I had an insurance claim, so I want my work done proplerly. You go ovevr it with one coat and come back when it dries and sand it and redo it. They came in with a quote that was way under as if they were helping out the insurance company. They had a number in their head before they even sent an estimator out to inspect the ropertrty. To me, that lacks a level of professionalism. They gave me a 10 thousand dollasr estimate when other companies were 20 thousand dollars, and that is a big difference. one company estimated 25 thousand and the other compant estimate 19,500. They estimated 10 thousan,d and I was concerned that it was so different. Between already having a number in thier head before sending someone out for the repair, and spitting flem in my driveway expecting me to clean it up was very unprofessional. That is why they get a 0.
