ive personally had issues in the past with you guys but have seen a change so far resect is earned and you guys lost it with a earlier incident so that respect and trust needs to be reearned

Every ATI employee that I encountered was extremely professional and helpful. Mariah (scheduler), Mike Nelson (project manager), Carlos, Ricardo, and Carlos (site restoration) all were very professional, personable, and efficient. I would definitely recommend ATI to any of my family and friends.

They are very thorough and professional. You will not be disappointed even with complex and difficult conditions.

They responded immmediately when I had a problem and they gave me good advice. It was water damage and if I had waited longer it would have caused more problems. I agreed to let them come out and they came immediately. They took care of it immediately.

Kyle was very responsive except at the very end. The carpet people stomped over my my planting along the stairs to my lower yard and I brought it to his attention. He said he would discuss it with the sub but never got back to me. I even followed up with a text. It turned a very positive experience to something less. Carlos was extremely good, conscientious and did a great job.

Not a great job. Had to have our carpet reinstalled several times. Installers tried to cover up mistakes and lied about it. Would not recommend.

Fantastically bad at the execution. I would not trust this company to do any work for any reason. Living with the kitchen they signed off on, makes it clear that neither expertise nor human compassion factored into the work. The cabinets are sub par, and are not a one to one replacement to previous (damaged) boxes. A kitchen is a workroom. They have made everything harder to do there. We had to capitulate to several inadequacies to get a working kitchen after more than two years. Just this bare fact should be sufficient to have anyone avoid this company.

Company did a great job outsourcing for the drywall, painting and crownmolding. Not sure if the flooring folks was through ATI, but they did an excellent job.

Every step of the process was well explained and executed as anticipated. Once everything was lined up, Jeff kept us informed of who was coming and what was being done each day. He consistently checked in to make sure things were to our satisfaction and was prompt in answering questions. We are extremely happy with the results. Each person that was sent to work on specific pieces of the project was polite, respectful, and did phenomenal work.
