Ok. Please. Where should we begin. I did not choose ATI. They were the next restoration company on the spinning wheel that State Farm Insurance must use to pick people. The first estimator was let go. The second manager was removed. I asked specifically for a "SUPERVISOR" to be on-site to supervise his staff of workers at all times. They sent one young fellow and he did not have the skills or materials to do the job. The other fellow they sent told my wife that they were "doing us a solid". I am not your "bro" from on the block. I am the customer. I am paying good money to have my house repaired so I can maintain house insurance. The project manager came well after the first repairs were done and declared that it was not correct and must be done again. So, another week of us working to fit your company into our house. They would not show up when expected or call to see if they could work at the house after 7 pm. Seriously? They workers left a roll of carpet in the bedroom that my wife had to step over to get to bed. What would have happened if she tripped over this roll of carpet and broken her hip or something worse? it took nearly two weeks to get someone to even address the carpet in the bedroom. It will now cost me $900 to have the carpet professionally replaced like before. (There are two noticeable seams showing).

I travel all over the world to fix things. Not to convince the customer that it is kind of Ok. Sort of usable. Maybe if you put a runner down over it. No. Fixed. Correct. So perhaps you can see my concerns that if this is how your company treats a small project, how does it treat a larger project? I was told that I would receive a $350 discount. Would that be in cash or another manner? You could not possibly convince me to recommend ATI to anyone. State Farm put this plague on us. They had to have known that your job performance was sub-standard, yet they insisted that you were top notch.

Honestly. Where is the logic in screwing the customer around with non-qualified workers and that total lack of supervision? How does that fit into a larger business plan?

Great customer service, fast and efficient service

The entire process was horrible and now the “job is done” and the workmanship and clean up has been horrible. I will never recommend you guys. I will be putting a complaint to the BBB and I will ensure that all possible social sites are aware of how poorly your company did.

I appreciated the convenience of coordinating through phone conversation and texting. Gary and Eric were both responsive, courteous and professional. They remained in contact and followed-up throughout the process.

Not unless they worked with a construction crew I was very familiar with. Local practices, no follow through and my house still isn't fixed AFTER 3 YEARS!!

Project Management, including scheduling is lacking.

The quality of work was excellent.

No communication. My personal beli fees were just thrown in box and we have several things damaged. I have called multiple times to report and to this day never heard back from anyone. Belongings sat in storage for over 2 months and were never cleaned. Was told by a past employee to just take a rag and dust our stuff off and tell us it was cleaned. Very disappointing!! The people ATI contracts out to for cleaning , painting ect. Are awful and I had to supply some of the equipment they needed. Just an all around awful disgusting experience. I would not recommend to my worst enemy!!!!

This project took 1 year and 3 month to complete with lack of communication, 3 different project managers and a project director that just stopped communicating with me.
