Poor communication and they were NOT very carful about removing woodwork that could be reused in the restoration.

I have already recommended ATI. Derek and Pete did everything they could to get the job done beyond expectations.

Mark up seemed excessive

From about day 30 everything went downhill from ATI handling everything within the home well, Sedgwick tried to handle the living arrangements which failed tenfold.
ATI company to do the pack out I have never seen such chaos and people who did not know what they were doing and now that it’s packed back in it’s all packed in in my basement and I can’t get to almost any box in the one room and that has my furniture in it. I can’t live like this with them how they did this there’s more than this I will give you more information.

The work took an extraordinarily long time to complete. Communication about backordered/out of stock items and scheduling of the work when it did occur was poor to nonexistent. A damaged cabinet was installed when the PM and installers were aware of the damage, and had to be subsequently replaced. Tile trim was forgotten during installation. My living spaces were unlivable as I had to clear out my 2nd level for flooring that took 3 months with no communication about the status! I was walking on subfloors with my upstairs belongings packed up in my living and dining room the whole time. I had to involve my insurance company to progress the work.

Items were taken without permission including money,curio cabinet and all my jewelry. Horrible experience

ATI Restoration didn't complete the work. They didn't finish, and they never returned my call.

Nothing has been done yet. I have the appraisel done. But everything is still hasn't been done. I can't tell you how anything about the work.

Work was poorly done. We had to point out water damage in laundry room, washer and dryer were not moved out of laundry nook. We had to call them back out after “completion” due to musty/moldy smell, they had not sealed moldy areas, argued that they could not smell must/mold but then stated that she saw it but didn’t have kilz in her truck. Turned off water at the main when they removed water heater, did not do a work around and left us without ANY water for 4 days. Had to call out ins company for them to get a plumber out here to do a work around and get cold water turned on so we could flush toilets and have water to do dishes etc.

They were unprofessional and talked about their life drama in front of and with customers

They were here daily and knew we had no water and were using 5 gallon buckets.

It seemed to start well and in the final months, we were given a project manager that was wonderful. But for 7 months, we had a project manager that seemed to be sleeping on the job, not placing orders, not making notes, and totally unacceptable.

They were fine. My first time with a construction company so I have no comparison.

I thought the team was very detailed and through in there approach.

Keith and the team did a great job removing all water soaked areas from my house. They made an unpleasant life event as pleasant as possible and were a pleasure to work with!

Work was done promptly and done without question. They coordinated well with my insurance company. Crews were efficient and did a good job.

No communication. My personal beli fees were just thrown in box and we have several things damaged. I have called multiple times to report and to this day never heard back from anyone. Belongings sat in storage for over 2 months and were never cleaned. Was told by a past employee to just take a rag and dust our stuff off and tell us it was cleaned. Very disappointing!! The people ATI contracts out to for cleaning , painting ect. Are awful and I had to supply some of the equipment they needed. Just an all around awful disgusting experience. I would not recommend to my worst enemy!!!!

The process was excellent with Arian. He came every day and supervised. They were professional and clean.

Jason and his team did a beautiful job with the demo piece of the project. They were on site very quickly and completed the demo and dry out within 4 days. Their communication, professionalism and work quality were outstanding. Jason provided a mop sink and folding table to make my kitchen functional until the restoration was complete.
Frank, the restoration project manager, and Larry, the craftsman, worked together to complete a high quality restoration. I am pleased with the quality of my restored kitchen. They were both professional and easy to communicate with.
My one significant complaint was the 3 week break between the end of demo and the beginning of restoration. The two departments need to communicate more effectively with each other to limit these losses of time

1. The guys screwed in the baseboards (looks terrible)
2. Left screws and pieces of the bathroom tile in our yard.

Hire contractor's that speak English and use their own materials. The painter got my old trim paint and used it instead of buying new. He knew where I put it because I showed the PM when we were matching colors. I was sick the day he came to paint the trim. I was resting in my bedroom. Later that evening I opened my cabinet and noticed spilled/dripping paint. I was not happy he went through my cabinets.
I'm sure my insurance paid for new paint.

Jose and Kyle were professional. They know how to respond. They were professional and timely. They work well together.

Everyone who came to our home for this restoration project was extremely professional and helpful in our understanding of what our project entailed. Very happy with Tara and Mike, especially, who kept us in the loop throughout our need.

I met ATI on April 16 2026 when my kitchen burned they have not done my kitchen yet so I’m not at all satisfied

This process was awful. Took forever, non responsive and so much time wasting.

There is one thing that I disliked about them, and it was whenever I called them, they were slow to respond, or sometimes I would not get a response back from the calls that I made to them with questions about the repair and services.

The workers that they sent out did good work, but to be quite honest with you, one worker complained about the company the entire time he was there.
