Not only did my first adjuster with ATI Restoration that was working with my insurance company suddenly up and disappeared right when it was time to do the estimate of my belongings that needed replaced or reimbursed for he didn’t contact anybody. ATI didn’t reach out. I was left weeks with nothing and the insurance company has taken advantage of that and said that he said I have nothing that needs to be deemed non-salvageable and then the second person that took over the claim after I called him, went out of my way to find the guy came out once with his boss or superintendent don’t know who she was. They came out for about 1520 minutes listened to the show, took their air scrubber that I pointed out that I still had because I had to unhook it out of my window myself and left spoke to him one other time never heard from him again and now there’s a bill for over $4000 that I guess they’re my insurance paid them and then I got warranty for the work they did which they never did anything no work was done. I’m still sitting here in a home that is not safe to live in. The insurance company is not paying anything out to me because AT&T ation team not doing their job and misleading me. I am a single mom who’s about to lose her car her home all because of this I put every dollar I have into trying to survive since this happened. Do not trust these people they do a half *** job and leave you hanging right in the middle when you need a most.
I got an email a week ago that someone would be in contact shortly to discuss getting my property back in shape. I called the project director listed in the email after a few days without hearing anything, only to learn that he does not work in this department anymore. At least he gave me the contact info for the right project director. A call and a message into him (James Perez) remains unanswered.

They explained to me in layman term what and why they had to do sure things, and listen when I question their action.
I really want to give a shout out to Jeremy Rodriguez. He was a great communicator, took the time to explain the insurance process and kept me up to date on what was happening, and always answered my questions. It was a crazy rainy season and we had a family loss, and he was great to work with and communicate with.
St times it was hard to get in touch with someone on our house.

They were very polite and did what they promised. If it wasn't possible, they said they couldn't do it. If they said they would be here at 6:00, they would be here. If they were delayed in traffic, they would call and let me know it would be 6:15. They were very polite and considerate.
Once it was discovered that we hired a public adjuster the ATI rep assigned to our home did little to no real work. The list that was submitted to our adjuster was undervalued for many items, and total loss value was short from what our public adjuster came in at by about $178,000. The discrepancy is unacceptable.
Our home contents were thrown all over the place, and agents from ATI were making contents about items in our home weren’t really damaged and discussed taking them home for themselves. Very unprofessional.

This project took 1 year and 3 month to complete with lack of communication, 3 different project managers and a project director that just stopped communicating with me.
We started working with ATI on this issue for a year now. The communication is sparse. We call a couple times every week. They have had contractors come and patch the issue instead of fix it and they haven’t even done it correctly so it is causing more issues. They don’t know what the problem is now and we are just in waiting mode. I don’t wish this experience on anyone else. I would not recommend, in fact, I would tell people to avoid them.
Everything was completed on time and the work was very well done.

When I asked to extend my drying out time they where very accommodating.
I'm very sorry to give a bad report. At one time, I felt differently. Procare took way too long to do a job that started in Fall of 2022. Still have repair work that they refuse to do. I've had an addt'l expense of $700 because of Procare error. I was told I'd be reimbursed. I provided a copy of expense. Now being told I will not be. Accusing me years later of having a balance due. I do not.Had no idea - Just informed of that this year. I had good feelings about Procare in the beginning. Now, unfortunately that's changed. I hope my honesty & straightforward attitude will not cause defensive retaliation - I think it may.
Worst customer service and project management I’ve ever experienced. For such a small project I ended up getting assigned several different project managers who were ill informed of the status of the work on my home. They cut corners in effort to save money y trying to have the siding company do the electrical work of rehanging my coach light that still haven’t been done correctly by the electrician they sent out who half asses the work rather than do it correctly.
Better tarping job of roof (window wasn’t tarped or covered).
My sink leaks after you reinstalled it and no one answers my phone calls in regard.
My invoice wasn’t itemized, they haven’t finished the job, no one contacted me, and I had to call 4 times to pay my bill.
Stephania and her team are excellent! Stephania is friendly, professional, attentive to detail, and used caution and care in protecting our belongings. She had a good working relationship with her team. She is an impressive asset to ATI, I would recommend her and her team highly!

The event took pace on Feb. 8th. The cleanup was done quickly. The satisfaction ends there. Nothing has been done since Feb.10th when the cleanup was complete .Having no ceiling made it impossible to keep my house at a reasonable temperature....A lot of the heat went out through the "non-ceiling My PSE&G bill was $100.00 more than the previous month and I was freezing in my house !!."My Pastor and a deacon from my church put up a tarp to help a litlle with the heat loss Do you remember what the temperatures were in this time period ??I pray every day that the work will be done soon. Than you for the opportunity to vent. Easter dinner will not be at my house this year. God Bess.
The process of working with ATI has been a nightmare for us and the work is still not finished.

Contractors did a fantastic job restoring my home.
Project to much longer than it should have. Craftsmanship was below average and I had to point out multiple issues. They contractors used to install sinks and slab were solid, as well as carpet install.
It took nearly 6 months to get a, max, 6 week project done. There are broken tiles in our bathroom and laundry room that I believe were caused by load in of our belongings. Some of our belongings were damaged, either in the load out or load in.
Staffing issues were delaying the project and there didn’t seem to be a plan in place until I started pushing

Communication between the reconstruction crew was not good. The quality of work was horrible too.
As of now, we don't know of anyone looking to do a restoration or even a new project. If I am ever asked, I will surely recommend ATI.
This first phase was amazing. Tyler did an outstanding job and work was done quickly .

Some rando calls me up, tells me I owe money 2 years later... I didn't even work with ATI. Jenkins did my restoration work. I had to call my old Jenkins guys up to confirm it wasn't some spoof scam call from California. No invoice or explanation of work. You all are a joke and I hope you and everyone you love dies in a fire.
I was displaced for over a month for a job that ultimately took only 3 days to complete. Furniture was broken and took weeks to be fixed and returned. Items missing from storage

I would not ever recommend this company due to Gus Tinder and Celeste Field’s lack of work ethics and customer service.
The men working here were very good with their cleanup nd did not waste any time when working.
My original Project Director left on indefinite medical leave and didn't tell me so I had two weeks over my project was at a couple of dental and no explanation and the replacement project manager and Project Director have really honestly not been that much better. I am a project manager by profession and I would be fired if I communicated with my clients this poorly.
