The ATI Restoration project manager was good. The people who came to extract the water, Roberto and Mo, were outstanding. After that point, it was turned over to Pete.
It took me over six months to have this project started. And then they changed project managers twice.
They were very nice and did a wonderful job.
excellent customer service and excellent quality
I like the way they came in and did the work, no lollygagging, and just took care of business
Work never started after months of poor
Communication and inability to manage subcontractors. Insurance company fired you and we had to start all over again.
They provided no feedback after the work was done.
It was a relief having the Restoration Group show up in a timely manner and quickly went to work. Great workers and I highly recommend them! Thanks guys!
They do good work.
Not likely to recommend! It took forever to get the initial quote and the excuse was always the insurance adjuster (nearly 2 months). List of requested materials for the job was given to the construction manager and it was as if the project/construction managers weren't communicating about what would and wouldn't be done. Multiple back and forth messages between them pointing the finger at each other and both were clueless. Knowing now what we went through, this pair would not have been on our job. Zero dust mitigation... zero. The AC system was not protected from the clouds of dust created(grinding tile indoors, mortar removal with grinder, grout dust left on tile for 2 weeks). Wet cutting of tile, mixing of mortar all done on the front porch, coating our entry concrete and door in tile mess. The Construction manager at times seemed clueless about the job(dates and times of appointments, changing scheduled visits, and what we had requested to be done, as if he never read his notes) and not a single time followed up with us on his own to see how the job was going. No final walk through of the house has ever been done. They were pushing for us to sign without even inspecting. Personally we just wanted to be done with ATI.
They have to work on their organization and communication.
I really like the color pink that they picked for my house.
They were quick, efficient, cleaned up, and I was happy with the service.
They were often late. Once they got going, they were okay, but I waited for over a month for them to actually start the work. This whole time, I am staying in a hotel because I couldn't be here during work, so I am being generous with a three.
ATI Restoration is a 10.
There were quite a few miscommunications throughout this process. The contractor, Keith Kay, initially said he couldn’t find flooring that matched what I had. I ended up finding the correct flooring myself and informed him. He then stated that he couldn’t pick it up, so I went and picked it up myself and paid cash for it. I have still not been reimbursed for that expense.
Now, when I call, I’m being told that he no longer works there. However, he had essentially pressured me into signing paperwork stating that everything was completed. But I had told him that I needed to be reimbursed that $700. He said it would be that they will mail me a check once they get a check.
To be fair, he did complete the work and did a good job coordinating and scheduling once we addressed the communication issues. After we spoke a few times about the miscommunications between him, myself, the insurance company, and others involved, Keith and I communicated directly, and things improved significantly.
They're very prompt to come even on a weekend. They were professional and easy to work with.
Will definitely recommend to friends if there is ever a need for services in the future.
I am not likely to recommend ATI Restoration to a friend because they are a horrible company, horrible organization, horrible planning, horrible vendor contracting, horrible repairman that got on the roof and did the job, and horrible quality. Horrible communication and horrible follow-up. Everything is horrible!
Matt was the person who helped me out the most. He and the company went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met as a customer.
The job took forever. At first, I had a whole wall that wasn't sanded. One of the walls did not even go all the way down to the bottom of the floor. I had to call them to come back and do that work. Then, the manager, the guy in charge, kept telling me he was going tomorrow, he was coming tomorrow, and it was a week of he is coming tomorrow. So, I waited another seven days for the guy to come back to sand the wall that he missed. The guys who came were supposed to be replacing the garage door openers. That was in the estimate for those to be replaced. I come out, and he is in there, and he actually had just fixed one. He was trying to fix them and make them functional instead of replacing them.
Too many concerns to list…had to redo almost everything
My experience with ATI Restoration wasn't a good one. It took them about six to seven months to come to my house and start the restoration. They were quick to get there to get their bid in/start it, but it took them six to seven months just to start doing the restoration part. They were there when my mishap happened, but as far as the mishap and drying it out, after that, it was almost six to seven months for them to come start my restoration. There is zero communication. I always got the run around, made multiple calls, and I only tried to stick with them because they were a recommended company with USAA, which is a very good insurance company with me.
The ATI restoration team is efficient, quick, and thorough, but the renovation repair team was not.
They are on time, and they are clean.
