The work was completed & was well managed. In addition to a bank error, ATI was prompt in issuing a needed credit check to correct the bank error. They misinterpreted the 1st digit of my check by $3K.

Very good job

The work is being done but taking longer than projected.

The quick response to temporarily close up the house after a windswept tree split the house.

The job was started but only covered up the ceiling drywall and painted just a small portion around the drywall. The workers did not do most of the work which included- painting the ceiling, walls and chair rail. I had to follow up and then they had moved on the another big job. Highly disappointed!!! Please check the work order and the job was completed!!!

The water remediation and demo went well. The repairs had very caring, thorough oversite and the guy doing the plastering was an "artist." They did a great job at staying on schedule. However some of the repair work was rushed and sloppy and needed to be redone.
