Across all of our location working on projects big and small the entire ATI team is consistently reliable, exceptionally responsive, and a true pleasure to work with. Their dedication, hard work, and support have been invaluable, ensuring that every project is handled with the highest level of professionalism and care. An outstanding team that consistently goes above and beyond!

Professionalism, communications good, good follow through. Excellent work

No communication. Rarely showed up when they were supposed to. Went days without doing any work. Took 2 extra month to complete work. Several things had to be redone. Siding was a mess after we told them not to let specific person put it up and they sent him anyway.

All the workers and tradesmen were excellent

Due to the nature of the cleanup crew vs the sub that actually did the work, an email showing those companies and the appropriate contacts (names and numbers) would be appreciated so that I didn't have to decipher what was what as people reached out to me.

Initial prework contact was good. After that it was sketchy until crew arrived.

Your company's communication, scheduling and overall organization are absolutely abysmal!!!!

Process was pretty decent until last phase

Lack of communication. Hard to get responses. Had to call multiple PM's to get anything done

The cleanup manager and crew was outstanding and so were the installation crew. The management for the installation needed to insure parts for the installation were in place in an adequate time frame.

I was not satisfied with how ATI handled the decision to dry the carpet & wood, versus remove the wet areas.

When I filed my insurance claim I chose ATI at the recommendation of my insurer to make things simple. ATI was easy to work with and professional. Rich the project manager handled the entire job like a real pro. Rich went well out of his way to make sure as a client I was satisfied with the work performed. He was always available, courteous and easy to work with. I have no clue if ATI is a good company, but if you happen to get rich assigned to your job then your in luck. As long as they have project managers like him then everything will work out

Our water mitigation team was first rate. Oven and Jason were professional, thorough and well prepared, and also helpful and courteous. Simply the best!

Staff was helpful and took the time to explain the process to us.

We were told up front by Ron Heverly that the job would take about 5 weeks. It took over 4 months due to poor communication, committing to dates and never showing up.

The entire process has been a nightmare. The quality of work preformed was subpar. The repairs weren't fully done.i In the downstairs area the texture doesn't match. It is supposed to be completely textured but some parts are completely smooth while other areas are a different texture. An area that was obviously damaged due to the leak was never repaired. Visible signs of cracking around the vents are still there. The drywall was never removed or repaired. The upstairs vanity that was damaged was reused and you can see the bubbling clearly on the doors as well as chipping that was done by your repair people. I will have to pay to get this repaired which should have been taken care of in this claim. The slope of the shower floor wasn't done properly in areas and water doesn't flow into the drain it just sits stagnant. Very poor work quality. Very disappointed that USAA recommended them.

Mr. Kevin Wang and Mr. Lebrente Stephenson were both extremely informative and professional throughout the entire project. They answered all of my questions, kept me updated on the progress, and clearly explained what I could expect and how long the project would take. They provided me with a great deal of valuable information and made sure I stayed informed every step of the way. I truly appreciated their communication, knowledge, and professionalism throughout the process.

Everyone has been quick to respond to texts and calls and they explain things thoroughly.

The first part work that they did was very good but weeks later I have not been able to get anyone to return to finish the job (installing new drywall). The lack of communication (not returning my calls or texts) and significant delay to get the work done (still not done) prevents me from recommending this company, regardless of the quality of the initial work.

Very quick & worked very hard to get all of the affected area removed & left everything cleaned up each day.

The communication with so many different contacts and the damage to our house was disappointing. they switched out a door and left numerous things broken. our flooring squeaks and has odd marks on it.

Communication between different teams could be better. Someone came out to quote the repair before remediation had been completed and I feel like we lost time waiting for updates on project progress to make their way through different people. I also feel that the communication to me could have been better about what stage the project or approvals were in and there was some lack of transparency about what the hold up was in getting my repair quote approved. Everyone was very professional when communicating with me and everyone who actually came to my house to perform work or inspect was great and very easy to work with, I was overall happy working with ATI though I wish the process did not take as long as it did.

I woke up to a broken water line at 1:00 AM on a Sunday morning. I contacted my insurance company USAA about a claim for my problem. USAA sent ATI Restoration that morning and by Monday morning the lower level of my house was completely empty of all the damaged property. After a few days of drying out the property they started restoring the damaged area. Excellent workers and very professional and easy to communicate with.
