ATI has always taken care of every need I've had perfectly, and I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Normally I love working with ATI, and I would probably be more inclined to recommend them more frequently, but I feel like lately the communication has been severely lacking, and I'm having to spend my time chasing down information and asking for follow-ups and responses, which is more of a recent issue, so I don't know whats been going on, but thats just where Im at today.

It’s been 24 months and the work on my house is still not completed - my belongings were deposited back in to my house in a haphazard manner- all the boxes are labeled with which room they belong in, but those labels were not followed

We were 95% happy, but we had one last repair that wasn't up to the standards of the rest of the work. It was a sub-standard repair of a seam of carpet.

Timely, courteous. professional, clean, quality workmanship. Would hands down hire ATI for a next repair or project.

They showed up on time, showed up when they said they were going to show up, and they bought some Gatorades for my kids, which I thought was very thoughtful and very nice of them. They didn't have to do that, but they did, so that made my kids feel comfortable right off the bat and made me feel good that we got the right company.

ATI completely failed to respond to the USAA request for the restoration. They did the demo, but they never got back to me or USAA regarding the restoration, so our house sat completely demoed with no restoration for well over a week before I could get a different vendor. They literally would not respond to text or phone calls from me or USAA.

Very little communication throughout the process. It's been a month since anything has been done at all to fix my house. It shouldn't take months and months to get your house fixed. Absolutely horrible company to work with.

It took forever to finish and I am still waiting for carpet guy to come finish stretching the carpet

They were. veery prompt in getting out to actsess the situation. Very nice guys. Put everything back in it's place. Dusted,swept,mopped.
