Work was fine but the pricing for work performed outrageous.

The first worker, was very thorough. He laid down paper to keep my floor clean. The 2nd guy, did not do this and so, he was cleaning the floor where he split mud form taping. But he did do a good job in cleaning after himself.

Good communication with project manager(s). Great help with security.

Tony is amazing to work with!

My repairs took 8 mths to fix. The wrong materials were ordered several times, communication was all but non existent. One of the worst experiences I have had with home repairs.

Your company's communication, scheduling and overall organization are absolutely abysmal!!!!

Our water mitigation team was first rate. Oven and Jason were professional, thorough and well prepared, and also helpful and courteous. Simply the best!

Customer service and friendly staff.

The entire process has been a nightmare. The quality of work preformed was subpar. The repairs weren't fully done.i In the downstairs area the texture doesn't match. It is supposed to be completely textured but some parts are completely smooth while other areas are a different texture. An area that was obviously damaged due to the leak was never repaired. Visible signs of cracking around the vents are still there. The drywall was never removed or repaired. The upstairs vanity that was damaged was reused and you can see the bubbling clearly on the doors as well as chipping that was done by your repair people. I will have to pay to get this repaired which should have been taken care of in this claim. The slope of the shower floor wasn't done properly in areas and water doesn't flow into the drain it just sits stagnant. Very poor work quality. Very disappointed that USAA recommended them.

Very quick & worked very hard to get all of the affected area removed & left everything cleaned up each day.

Have at least one of your work crew (the ones that actually do the work) be fluent in English.

No one has started on the repairs yet. I have bare floors and need them to start work.

So far, so good! Need more data to make a final recommendation though.

Too many delays due to a person in a key role who forgot about somethings they were supposed to do. Once things were started though it all came together very quickly. I am concerned though about receiving our funds back for items we purchased as insurance provided funds over the prices we paid and we're supposed to get all of those amounts.

Unfortunately working with ATI took a turn for the worse very quickly. It has taken literally months for them to begin the work that needed to be done and its still not finished. When working on the bathroom that needed repairs, no floor protection was put down, they were cutting tile and storing material on our white carpet, which now needs to be cleaned. They've left trash and refuse on my front porch for a week, did not order enough material to repair our hardwood floors but they still demolished the floor so our living room is just OSB sub floor and will be for the next 4 weeks. Communication has been a nightmare and we basically have to harass them to get any kind of timely response or update. This is all repairs for a leak we had in May, it is now almost October and the work is not done yet.

The work was completed & was well managed. In addition to a bank error, ATI was prompt in issuing a needed credit check to correct the bank error. They misinterpreted the 1st digit of my check by $3K.

Not sure if the positive outweighs the negatives. May have had a better experience with another company.

They were hard workers. They cleaned up each day.

ATI has always taken care of every need I've had perfectly, and I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Normally I love working with ATI, and I would probably be more inclined to recommend them more frequently, but I feel like lately the communication has been severely lacking, and I'm having to spend my time chasing down information and asking for follow-ups and responses, which is more of a recent issue, so I don't know whats been going on, but thats just where Im at today.

It’s been 24 months and the work on my house is still not completed - my belongings were deposited back in to my house in a haphazard manner- all the boxes are labeled with which room they belong in, but those labels were not followed

They do fast and quality service.

We were 95% happy, but we had one last repair that wasn't up to the standards of the rest of the work. It was a sub-standard repair of a seam of carpet.

Timely, courteous. professional, clean, quality workmanship. Would hands down hire ATI for a next repair or project.

They showed up on time, showed up when they said they were going to show up, and they bought some Gatorades for my kids, which I thought was very thoughtful and very nice of them. They didn't have to do that, but they did, so that made my kids feel comfortable right off the bat and made me feel good that we got the right company.

ATI completely failed to respond to the USAA request for the restoration. They did the demo, but they never got back to me or USAA regarding the restoration, so our house sat completely demoed with no restoration for well over a week before I could get a different vendor. They literally would not respond to text or phone calls from me or USAA.

Promt, capable, good communication.

Took two months to complete job because project manager dif mog order vanity in timely manner.

Courteous and knowledgeable staff

Professionalism

Very little communication throughout the process. It's been a month since anything has been done at all to fix my house. It shouldn't take months and months to get your house fixed. Absolutely horrible company to work with.

It took forever to finish and I am still waiting for carpet guy to come finish stretching the carpet

They were helpful and completed the job .

They were. veery prompt in getting out to actsess the situation. Very nice guys. Put everything back in it's place. Dusted, swept, mopped.

Prompt and excellent craftmanship.

Crew are very professional and did quality work

Staff was very professional and courteous. They were meticulous in their work, isolating the work areas in order to keep rest of the rooms clean.

Antonio is extremely good at coordinating & taking care of clients in face of difficult circumstances

I think ATI Restoration does very good work, and I think their work is first class!

We have worked with a lot of contractors, this was in the bottom of companies we have worked with.

They have good customer service.

The overall experience was great. Responsive, professional, caring from all staff we worked with.

ATI was very responsive and courteous to our project. ATI assistance was great.

The communication was not fantastic.

They just do great work.

Not sure I would have the opportunity to refer a friend; a colleague would be more likely.

Easy to work with completed job fast.

QUick response - quality work

They showed up on time and completed the work within the time limit.
