The communication was not fantastic.
They just do great work.
Not sure I would have the opportunity to refer a friend; a colleague would be more likely.
Easy to work with completed job fast.
QUick response - quality work
They showed up on time and completed the work within the time limit.
prompt, competant
The Project Manager, Jay, was outstanding and stayed on top of all of the work being done. He was an excellent communicator with the customers and the insurance company.
Service started off strong (10/10). Something happened mid-way and quality of service went downhill from there. It's only a 6 and not lower because only on the tail end did things feel like it was improving. But it was too late -- damage was done.
Their job was professionally done.
They are very professional.
All the technicians who assisted us were kind, thorough and professional.
Communication was poor and frustrating throughout the process. Work was not performed promptly and follow up work took too long to complete. Subcontract quality was poor, did not show care for my property or belongings in most cases. Details were missed. There was little to no oversight from the project manager.
They were very responsive.
ATI assured us that their “one‑stop shop” service and top project manager Frank Sorbello would make the process of our restoration easy, instead we encountered vague reassurances, no clear timeline, and little actual management. Our claim began on April 2nd, and we lost use of our kitchen that day. We were told no flooring, painting, or other work would be done until cabinets were installed, causing major delays. We reached out to Jason Rains due to these delays; he was instrumental in getting the tile and paint work started. We were unable to receive any replies from Frank's manager, Shonda Hacker. We were told cabinets would be built on site, measurements were taken, and progress was supposedly underway. Two months later, we were informed the cabinets could not be completed and might not arrive until late August. We reached out to We eventually had to accept different cabinets just to move the project forward.
Even then, workmanship was unacceptable. Drawer bottoms were damaged and replaced with thin, rough wood, then replaced again with plywood that still did not match the originals. Doors were ordered incorrectly, handles were installed wrong, and items had to be reordered. We lost cabinet and drawer space because the correct cabinets were never ordered. In the bathroom, a vanity much larger than our original was installed without informing us of the size difference and that the electrical outlet would need to be moved. Thin‑set waste was thrown onto our pool pump and into our yard. Our garage was used as a trash storage area, our tools and extension cords were used without permission, and drywall work was done poorly and had to be redone. The drywall installer frequently arrived without notice, worked briefly, then disappeared for days.
Ten cases of our tile were taken from our garage without explanation, Frank did not know why. Due to Nate's diligence, it was later returned. Items we specifically listed as “fragile—do not pack out” were packed out anyway. Communication was consistently lacking; we were rarely told what was happening, when it would happen, or why. Temporary labor and unqualified workers were used. Our kitchen countertop was broken. Wood walls in our living and dining rooms were damaged and never repaired. Grout was left on new tiles, walls, wood surfaces, and even our entry door.
All of this occurred while my wife was working from home, making the extended timeline and constant disruptions even more stressful. We trusted ATI and Frank Srbello and the result was months of chaos, frustration, and substandard work. The level of mismanagement and the quality of the restoration we received were far below what should be acceptable under an insurance claim.
Thankfully, Nate Strutzenburg, stepped in to smooth things over and take control of the project. It was only due to his care and communication; we kept working with ATI. The clean-up crew was able to clear up the door and mess caused by the restoration. The countertop was repaired. We've been advised we will be reimbursed for the damage to our wood walls. We hauled away almost all of the garbage, left in and around our home.
Now that the work is finally complete, we are relieved to have our home back, but the experience was unacceptable and needs to be formally acknowledged.
They did a great job.
ATI is a great company, and they took good care of me and my family.
While doing my project the work they did was impeccable. But worker didn’t always meet scheduled dates.
ATI has always been really great for me. They have a really quick response time and really take care of the situation.
