The entire process has been a nightmare. The quality of work preformed was subpar. The repairs weren't fully done.i In the downstairs area the texture doesn't match. It is supposed to be completely textured but some parts are completely smooth while other areas are a different texture. An area that was obviously damaged due to the leak was never repaired. Visible signs of cracking around the vents are still there. The drywall was never removed or repaired. The upstairs vanity that was damaged was reused and you can see the bubbling clearly on the doors as well as chipping that was done by your repair people. I will have to pay to get this repaired which should have been taken care of in this claim. The slope of the shower floor wasn't done properly in areas and water doesn't flow into the drain it just sits stagnant. Very poor work quality. Very disappointed that USAA recommended them.

Very quick & worked very hard to get all of the affected area removed & left everything cleaned up each day.

Have at least one of your work crew (the ones that actually do the work) be fluent in English.

No one has started on the repairs yet. I have bare floors and need them to start work.

Too many delays due to a person in a key role who forgot about somethings they were supposed to do. Once things were started though it all came together very quickly. I am concerned though about receiving our funds back for items we purchased as insurance provided funds over the prices we paid and we're supposed to get all of those amounts.

Unfortunately working with ATI took a turn for the worse very quickly. It has taken literally months for them to begin the work that needed to be done and its still not finished. When working on the bathroom that needed repairs, no floor protection was put down, they were cutting tile and storing material on our white carpet, which now needs to be cleaned. They've left trash and refuse on my front porch for a week, did not order enough material to repair our hardwood floors but they still demolished the floor so our living room is just OSB sub floor and will be for the next 4 weeks. Communication has been a nightmare and we basically have to harass them to get any kind of timely response or update. This is all repairs for a leak we had in May, it is now almost October and the work is not done yet.

The work was completed & was well managed. In addition to a bank error, ATI was prompt in issuing a needed credit check to correct the bank error. They misinterpreted the 1st digit of my check by $3K.

Not sure if the positive outweighs the negatives. May have had a better experience with another company.

They were hard workers. They cleaned up each day.

ATI has always taken care of every need I've had perfectly, and I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Normally I love working with ATI, and I would probably be more inclined to recommend them more frequently, but I feel like lately the communication has been severely lacking, and I'm having to spend my time chasing down information and asking for follow-ups and responses, which is more of a recent issue, so I don't know whats been going on, but thats just where Im at today.

It’s been 24 months and the work on my house is still not completed - my belongings were deposited back in to my house in a haphazard manner- all the boxes are labeled with which room they belong in, but those labels were not followed

They do fast and quality service.

We were 95% happy, but we had one last repair that wasn't up to the standards of the rest of the work. It was a sub-standard repair of a seam of carpet.

Timely, courteous. professional, clean, quality workmanship. Would hands down hire ATI for a next repair or project.

They showed up on time, showed up when they said they were going to show up, and they bought some Gatorades for my kids, which I thought was very thoughtful and very nice of them. They didn't have to do that, but they did, so that made my kids feel comfortable right off the bat and made me feel good that we got the right company.

ATI completely failed to respond to the USAA request for the restoration. They did the demo, but they never got back to me or USAA regarding the restoration, so our house sat completely demoed with no restoration for well over a week before I could get a different vendor. They literally would not respond to text or phone calls from me or USAA.

Promt, capable, good communication.
