They explained to me in layman term what and why they had to do sure things, and listen when I question their action.
Once it was discovered that we hired a public adjuster the ATI rep assigned to our home did little to no real work. The list that was submitted to our adjuster was undervalued for many items, and total loss value was short from what our public adjuster came in at by about $178,000. The discrepancy is unacceptable.
Our home contents were thrown all over the place, and agents from ATI were making contents about items in our home weren’t really damaged and discussed taking them home for themselves. Very unprofessional.
This project took 1 year and 3 month to complete with lack of communication, 3 different project managers and a project director that just stopped communicating with me.
We started working with ATI on this issue for a year now. The communication is sparse. We call a couple times every week. They have had contractors come and patch the issue instead of fix it and they haven’t even done it correctly so it is causing more issues. They don’t know what the problem is now and we are just in waiting mode. I don’t wish this experience on anyone else. I would not recommend, in fact, I would tell people to avoid them.
Everything was completed on time and the work was very well done.

I'm very sorry to give a bad report. At one time, I felt differently. Procare took way too long to do a job that started in Fall of 2022. Still have repair work that they refuse to do. I've had an addt'l expense of $700 because of Procare error. I was told I'd be reimbursed. I provided a copy of expense. Now being told I will not be. Accusing me years later of having a balance due. I do not.Had no idea - Just informed of that this year. I had good feelings about Procare in the beginning. Now, unfortunately that's changed. I hope my honesty & straightforward attitude will not cause defensive retaliation - I think it may.
Worst customer service and project management I’ve ever experienced. For such a small project I ended up getting assigned several different project managers who were ill informed of the status of the work on my home. They cut corners in effort to save money y trying to have the siding company do the electrical work of rehanging my coach light that still haven’t been done correctly by the electrician they sent out who half asses the work rather than do it correctly.
Better tarping job of roof (window wasn’t tarped or covered).
My invoice wasn’t itemized, they haven’t finished the job, no one contacted me, and I had to call 4 times to pay my bill.
Stephania and her team are excellent! Stephania is friendly, professional, attentive to detail, and used caution and care in protecting our belongings. She had a good working relationship with her team. She is an impressive asset to ATI, I would recommend her and her team highly!
Do a better approach to a timely manner.
Hard workers, take pride in their work, I was very impressed.
The process of working with ATI has been a nightmare for us and the work is still not finished.

Communication between the reconstruction crew was not good. The quality of work was horrible too.
Some rando calls me up, tells me I owe money 2 years later... I didn't even work with ATI. Jenkins did my restoration work. I had to call my old Jenkins guys up to confirm it wasn't some spoof scam call from California. No invoice or explanation of work. You all are a joke and I hope you and everyone you love dies in a fire.
I was displaced for over a month for a job that ultimately took only 3 days to complete. Furniture was broken and took weeks to be fixed and returned. Items missing from storage
Rick and his staff were fantastic in customer service and workmanship.
I would not ever recommend this company due to Gus Tinder and Celeste Field’s lack of work ethics and customer service.
The men working here were very good with their cleanup nd did not waste any time when working.
