Lack of communication. Window replacement took almost six months… still never received the requested invoice for the job. Very unprofessional job.

It couldn’t have gotten any worse on February 16 when Russell and Adam from ATI showed up and we were going through the project and everything that had been disgusted with Russell and I that was gonna happen and that was in writing and then had with the kitchen flooring that for a couple weeks now I have been searching for flooring and Adam comes in and says oh it’s only whatever inch and it can just be sanded in every stain. I stood there in shock because I had completely thought for weeks that we were putting in getting to put in new flooring and he turned around and said it is what it is and he and Russell left without talking to me anything else and they stood outside for over an hour. We’re talking to each other probably just be guessing and I sat there in my car, waiting to talk to Russell I finally gave up and went in my house waiting and he left, and I’ve called him twice, and he has not returned my call and never picked up. I would not use these people. They have no respect for others their clients or anything else.
The carpenters were excellent
Every aspect of the project was handled with expertise and professionalism. We had great confidence in the work and loved the final product.
Worst drywall i ever seen. No lighting in room. Opened up blinds and my ceiling is a mess. I can see cracks coming.
Drying out townhome was done quicky. Done well. Then.......
Very professional company and left my house better than it was before the water damage. I really loved all the crew that came out to work on our house. The water mitigation crew, rebuild crew, and pack out crew were great to work with.
The restoration on my basement was going smoothly whence work started, but the termination of the project manager running my job wasn't relayed to me. That left a 5 week window of nobody contacting me of the continuation of the restoration. When the new PM was given the work, it was completed quickly. Just more transparency would be nice to a paying customer.
ATI was overall a good emergency responder. But they needed to tell me how much it would cost to remove the tree that fell on my house. If I had known what the tree guy would charge I would have used somebody else.
Communication about insurance paying claim was way off.
My only issue was the timing with everything. It took six months from start to finish. The work took about three weeks.

Easy to work with.
The restoration for my home was in September through November 2022. One of the contractors assigned to the restoration damaged the top of my dresser in the master bedroom and I reported it to ATI Restoration project director - Boston Whitlow. I was told by Mr. Whitlow that I did the damage myself which was incorrect. The bathroom cabinet which was in the master bathroom was placed in my garage after it was removed after a new bathroom cabinet was installed. The damage cabinet sat in my garage for a week and I had to constantly make calls to ATI Restoration to have it removed as it was approaching the Thanksgiving holiday. I waited and waited as the Thanksgiving holiday got closer and my family were visiting, I had to plea and constantly call Boston Whitlow to have it removed. Finally, the day before the Thanksgiving holiday a worker came and removed it which I truly appreciated. This experience was traumatic because I had fulfilled my obligations of paying funds (deductable) that were required of me and the insurance company was diligently also working with me communicating with ATI Restoration to do their part in the restoration of the water damage in the master bathroom and other areas of my home. In the same way, EXTREME Furniture Repair who was assigned to inspect the top of the damage dresser in the master bedroom recommended upon their arrival and after a thorough investigation that the damage needed to be corrected. Please note the damage is still current as no further action to repair or accept responsibility was acknowledged. Upon the final inspection of the restoration regarding the bathroom and other areas damaged by the water was completed, concerns about the dresser was ignored by Ricky Little the representative for ATI Restoration. Unfortunately the damage still exists.
I liked the people who did the work and the quality of what they did.

Workers great, project manager not so much.
The service was completed but not without issues. The technician who hooked up the drying equipment (heaters, fans, etc.) did so in a way that kept blowing the fuse. He checked the fuse box but didn't change the configuration and it blew again after he left. I had to reconfigure the machines on my own to connect to separate fuses so that it would work without leaving my home in the dark.
They did an amazing job taking care of a tough situation where we had pepper spray in the room. They got all the smell and stuff out of the room, and they did an amazing job.
