The job wasn’t completed. I still have some of the old tile running down the corner in between the door and closet. Bathtub was never sealed properly so water runs down the wall causing mold. They never did a final walk through with me. Never received toilet paper holder, towel rack that I was charged for. They gave me multiple invoices to pay then months later tried to say I owed another 800 dollars for final invoice not saying what it was for especially since job wasn’t complete.
I used them several years ago and the project went well. I used them in 2025 and the project was a disaster. I was sent a work crew who did terrible work, and that crew wanted to do a smaller scale job, and I was good with that. I came to find out that ATI paid them for the entire job ahead of time, around $2000 or $2200 so they wanted to do the minimum and cut out.
Charla and Allen have been PHENOMENAL during this stressful time. They both got right to work and helped me to repair my home immediately. Excellent communication and very kind!
Once the work finally started, the Content crew was very efficient and polite making the whole experience very easy

The professionalism was the best and I could have not been more pleased with all of the communication and work done by the ATI Team. This job was actually done at 4101 Ada, Flower Mound, which is my mother's home. Long story for why we needed the work. My mother is in her 90s and sometimes can present "challenges" to situations. This was a very difficult event that took place at her home and your team was great. Brandon was the team lead and he worked so well with my mom. I am very grateful for the respect and kindness she showed her and me.
All workers were skilled and responsive to our needs.

We anticipated ATI to complete the job at our home. We were told somebody would be contacting us for the next step. Nobody ever reached out to my husband or I. It left us scrambling to find another provider.
They explained to me in layman term what and why they had to do sure things, and listen when I question their action.
Once it was discovered that we hired a public adjuster the ATI rep assigned to our home did little to no real work. The list that was submitted to our adjuster was undervalued for many items, and total loss value was short from what our public adjuster came in at by about $178,000. The discrepancy is unacceptable.
Our home contents were thrown all over the place, and agents from ATI were making contents about items in our home weren’t really damaged and discussed taking them home for themselves. Very unprofessional.
This project took 1 year and 3 month to complete with lack of communication, 3 different project managers and a project director that just stopped communicating with me.
We started working with ATI on this issue for a year now. The communication is sparse. We call a couple times every week. They have had contractors come and patch the issue instead of fix it and they haven’t even done it correctly so it is causing more issues. They don’t know what the problem is now and we are just in waiting mode. I don’t wish this experience on anyone else. I would not recommend, in fact, I would tell people to avoid them.
Everything was completed on time and the work was very well done.

I'm very sorry to give a bad report. At one time, I felt differently. Procare took way too long to do a job that started in Fall of 2022. Still have repair work that they refuse to do. I've had an addt'l expense of $700 because of Procare error. I was told I'd be reimbursed. I provided a copy of expense. Now being told I will not be. Accusing me years later of having a balance due. I do not.Had no idea - Just informed of that this year. I had good feelings about Procare in the beginning. Now, unfortunately that's changed. I hope my honesty & straightforward attitude will not cause defensive retaliation - I think it may.
Worst customer service and project management I’ve ever experienced. For such a small project I ended up getting assigned several different project managers who were ill informed of the status of the work on my home. They cut corners in effort to save money y trying to have the siding company do the electrical work of rehanging my coach light that still haven’t been done correctly by the electrician they sent out who half asses the work rather than do it correctly.
Better tarping job of roof (window wasn’t tarped or covered).
My invoice wasn’t itemized, they haven’t finished the job, no one contacted me, and I had to call 4 times to pay my bill.
Stephania and her team are excellent! Stephania is friendly, professional, attentive to detail, and used caution and care in protecting our belongings. She had a good working relationship with her team. She is an impressive asset to ATI, I would recommend her and her team highly!
