ATI restoration was good for the most part. They were very attentive at the beginning, but unfortunately, at certain points along the way, their responsiveness to getting the work done was a little below average. So that's why I gave a the rating of seven.

I was impressed with the people that represented ATI throughout the process of my restoration project. From the initial meeting to the various workers that have come to see me through this process. I mean, everyone's been professional, and they communicate. The service has been amazing, and everything that they've had to do is just clean, and it's perfect. I have actually recommended ATI to other people that are in need of construction support, because I am satisfied with the quality of the workmanship.

Not unless they worked with a construction crew I was very familiar with. Local practices, no follow through and my house still isn't fixed AFTER 3 YEARS!!

Hard workers, quality work

You did not just disappoint you horrified!! It took 106 days for you to complete a job that should have taken no more than 8 to 10 days! The lack of communication with your contact people in Pittsburgh is beyond the pale. The first person sent to make repairs did so much damage it took three days for another laborer from ATI to repair that damage. That same laborer was returned to work on the house but when he did show up he said he would not work because the company did not send someone to help him and then he would leave. He acted so strangely I told your representative I did not want him in our home. Also, weeks would go by before someone from ATI would came back to work on the job. For days, laborer supplies were stacked up in our dining room. When one of your workers did show up they arrived around 9:00 or 9:30 a.m., then took an hour for lunch, which under normal circumstances would be acceptable, but then they left by 2:30 p.m.. Very little would be accomplished in that short period of time. When asked, your own laborers told us that treating customers with such disdain was normal behavior for ATI as they themselves said they often were not returned to the same home to finish jobs in a timely manner but would be sent to another location to work. We had to endure waiting to have a bathroom vanity replaced twice as the manager did not take correct measurements and the bathroom mirror had to be replaced twice too because your workers broke it,. Your Managers were rude to us and lack communication skills and do not even communicate with one another. ATI is a nightmare!!! I will mention here that I do plan to let the Better Business Bureau know about our terrible experience with ATI. We are a couple in our 80's that you took extreme advantage of. You could see we were frail and instead of trying to make thing better for us you treated us terribly. Shame on you !My deepest prayer is that our paths never cross with ATI again.

I had overall satisfaction with the workmen who worked on the project.

Every ATI Restoration employee and representative handled me with care and compassion during every encounter.

There has been no urgency, no commitment, no communication. When I contact Tom he laughs and scoffs and is disingenuous…very unprofessional. Not happy with him or ATI at all and the process is still going! It’s Been 6 months!!!
