The Projsect Manager, Mike Beck handeled all my concerns in the best way possible. He is the reason I am happy with the company. They did fix the problem successfully too.

The people you sent to my house were extremely friendly and good at their jobs. They worked quick and didn't make a mess at all.

The entire process was horrible and now the “job is done” and the workmanship and clean up has been horrible. I will never recommend you guys. I will be putting a complaint to the BBB and I will ensure that all possible social sites are aware of how poorly your company did.

provided a computer generated estimate of repairs, when actual quotes provided by tradesman were much greater, Insurance company is standing by ATI quote. I NEVER hired ATI to provide a quote for repairs. will be giving Yelp a negative review for ATI

The work is being done but taking longer than projected.

The job was started but only covered up the ceiling drywall and painted just a small portion around the drywall. The workers did not do most of the work which included- painting the ceiling, walls and chair rail. I had to follow up and then they had moved on the another big job. Highly disappointed!!! Please check the work order and the job was completed!!!

Everything about this company was very professional. From the beginning to the end, the manager Mike told me what was going to happen step-by-step. Even the follow up after all of the work was complete was great!

Easy to get ahold of my contractor

I appreciated the convenience of coordinating through phone conversation and texting. Gary and Eric were both responsive, courteous and professional. They remained in contact and followed-up throughout the process.

They were timely, knowledgeable and consiserate

I rated ATI a 2 because communication throughout the process was extremely poor. The mitigation work was completed, but I repeatedly had to follow up for updates and information. Most recently, I discovered that two air scrubbers had been left running in the vacant home after the mitigation work was completed (project completion signed off on Sept. 8th), and no one notified me that they were still there or using electricity. I only discovered this when family members went to remove the house's lockbox. Given that the home is vacant and I live several hours away, clear communication was especially important. The lack of communication and follow-through made an already difficult situation significantly more stressful.

ATI restoration was good for the most part. They were very attentive at the beginning, but unfortunately, at certain points along the way, their responsiveness to getting the work done was a little below average. So that's why I gave a the rating of seven.

I was impressed with the people that represented ATI throughout the process of my restoration project. From the initial meeting to the various workers that have come to see me through this process. I mean, everyone's been professional, and they communicate. The service has been amazing, and everything that they've had to do is just clean, and it's perfect. I have actually recommended ATI to other people that are in need of construction support, because I am satisfied with the quality of the workmanship.

Not unless they worked with a construction crew I was very familiar with. Local practices, no follow through and my house still isn't fixed AFTER 3 YEARS!!
