Horrible craftsmanship. Issues after issue

Charging my insurance company $1655.63 to throw a tarp over my roof is insane. Your estimate was also just as horrible fixing only a patch on the roof where a tree fell through it is trashy looking work. Also why we did not use your company.

They were a very professional crew and extremely hard workers.

ATI never completed the work, and I had called up multiple times. In fact, they were recommended by the insurance company to fix the bathroom leak for me. They just came in, did some remediation work, and then they said they'll come back to do the repair work, and then they said they'll have to get some estimates put together for the insurance company. I kept following up with them and did not get any answers. Ultimately, I called up the insurance company myself, and they asked me to get the work done through another party or by myself. It's just a horrible experience end-to-end, so to speak. We were without a bathroom for almost a year.
