The Workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. I am VERY pleased and impressed with the quality of work performed by the ATI restoration team. The contractors used were professional and did an EXCELLENT job.

The over all service was great and the team was very responsive to the urgent need to resolve our issues. The area of growth would be the communication to the client during the process. I had to reach out to them consistently to get updates after missed deadlines and commitments.

Overall they were timely, helpful, and did good work helping to remediate risk of mold and mildew after an ice dam this winter.

I got an email a week ago that someone would be in contact shortly to discuss getting my property back in shape. I called the project director listed in the email after a few days without hearing anything, only to learn that he does not work in this department anymore. At least he gave me the contact info for the right project director. A call and a message into him (James Perez) remains unanswered.

They are very sloppy

When I asked to extend my drying out time they where very accommodating.

My sink leaks after you reinstalled it and no one answers my phone calls in regard.

The event took pace on Feb. 8th. The cleanup was done quickly. The satisfaction ends there. Nothing has been done since Feb.10th when the cleanup was complete .Having no ceiling made it impossible to keep my house at a reasonable temperature....A lot of the heat went out through the "non-ceiling My PSE&G bill was $100.00 more than the previous month and I was freezing in my house !!."My Pastor and a deacon from my church put up a tarp to help a litlle with the heat loss Do you remember what the temperatures were in this time period ??I pray every day that the work will be done soon. Than you for the opportunity to vent. Easter dinner will not be at my house this year. God Bess.

As of now, we don't know of anyone looking to do a restoration or even a new project. If I am ever asked, I will surely recommend ATI.
