They are very sloppy

When I asked to extend my drying out time they where very accommodating.

My sink leaks after you reinstalled it and no one answers my phone calls in regard.

The event took pace on Feb. 8th. The cleanup was done quickly. The satisfaction ends there. Nothing has been done since Feb.10th when the cleanup was complete .Having no ceiling made it impossible to keep my house at a reasonable temperature....A lot of the heat went out through the "non-ceiling My PSE&G bill was $100.00 more than the previous month and I was freezing in my house !!."My Pastor and a deacon from my church put up a tarp to help a litlle with the heat loss Do you remember what the temperatures were in this time period ??I pray every day that the work will be done soon. Than you for the opportunity to vent. Easter dinner will not be at my house this year. God Bess.

As of now, we don't know of anyone looking to do a restoration or even a new project. If I am ever asked, I will surely recommend ATI.

Most of the team was professional and had a successful outcome as a priority.

They did a very good job, but unfortunately the process took eight months.

The reason I’m giving an eight versus 10 is because of the amount of time that went by from when the construction people did their appraisal/estimate for repairs to when I actually heard back. It was weeks. And I had already hired somebody else to do the work by that time.

Easy team to work with. Arrived on time and worked quickly.

Staff was friendly. Working with ATi and Sedgwick was challenging with changes contacts, visits and approvals taking nearly 8 months

I have had to use ATI twice in the past 10 years and I would definitely use them again. I feel that they are professional and get the job done correctly and work with the insurance company to the best of the homeowners. I hope I never need to use them again, but if I ever did, I will without doubt.

Destroyed more than was necessary

ATI Restoration did an excellent job drying up all the water damage in my home. The guys were great getting there on time, communicating with me about the damage and kindly answering any questions that I asked.

John was very helpful and amazing. Also, Diego did great work. And everybody was very honest and helpful.

Staff were very pleasant

The quality of the work is great, nice planning and finishing except some delays due to multiple projects they do simultaneously.

Very unprofessional, sloppy work, it is obvious they did not know how to replace my kitchen cabinets- did not cover anything- I had paint on my buffet, bathroom vanity and shower rod, bedroom dresser, end tables, bathroom and kitchen floor, water damage still showing in ceiling, kitchen cabinets have space between them and the toe kick is not installed right

The overall experience and workmanship was excellent and the ATI personnel were polite and efficient.
