We cannot recommend ATI Restoration based on our experience. Our claim remains ongoing, and we continue to dispute aspects of the mitigation and restoration work. We have concerns regarding containment, communication, workmanship, protection of our home and contents, and unresolved conditions that remain under evaluation. Because these matters have not been resolved, we are unable to state that we are satisfied with ATI's services.

The work took an extraordinarily long time to complete. Communication about backordered/out of stock items and scheduling of the work when it did occur was poor to nonexistent. A damaged cabinet was installed when the PM and installers were aware of the damage, and had to be subsequently replaced. Tile trim was forgotten during installation. My living spaces were unlivable as I had to clear out my 2nd level for flooring that took 3 months with no communication about the status! I was walking on subfloors with my upstairs belongings packed up in my living and dining room the whole time. I had to involve my insurance company to progress the work.

It seemed to start well and in the final months, we were given a project manager that was wonderful. But for 7 months, we had a project manager that seemed to be sleeping on the job, not placing orders, not making notes, and totally unacceptable.

The quality of the work and communication with the project managers never lost attention to the matter. I highly recommend ATI Restoration.

They have done a good job for me.

ATI butchered my house by removing drywall indiscriminately. The company that took over the project cannot believe what has been done! There was no daily monitoring performed as with the company that has taken over has done. ATI had closed off the area that had water damage with plastic sheeting and then expected their dehumidifier to dry the area!

Horrible experience. It was very apparent that the people and management that I interacted with were thieves. Every piece of material was jacked up by over 30% on top of the ridiculous labor costs. And my kitchen cabinets and appliances that were taken out came backed damaged. I would want my worst enemy to work with ATI!

The guys were quick, efficient, and friendly

The ATI Restoration project manager was good. The people who came to extract the water, Roberto and Mo, were outstanding. After that point, it was turned over to Pete.

They were quick, efficient, cleaned up, and I was happy with the service.

There were quite a few miscommunications throughout this process. The contractor, Keith Kay, initially said he couldn’t find flooring that matched what I had. I ended up finding the correct flooring myself and informed him. He then stated that he couldn’t pick it up, so I went and picked it up myself and paid cash for it. I have still not been reimbursed for that expense.

Now, when I call, I’m being told that he no longer works there. However, he had essentially pressured me into signing paperwork stating that everything was completed. But I had told him that I needed to be reimbursed that $700. He said it would be that they will mail me a check once they get a check.

To be fair, he did complete the work and did a good job coordinating and scheduling once we addressed the communication issues. After we spoke a few times about the miscommunications between him, myself, the insurance company, and others involved, Keith and I communicated directly, and things improved significantly.

They were very efficient. They did the job they were instructed to do and had good results.

They are not professional.

Project communication was very poor. Workmanship was generally very good. However ATI is way short on resources. Project took way too long primarily due to extended gaps where nothing was done between work phases.

In such a stressful situation the walked me through everything, they are polite, respectful to my property and my family, they have had so much patience with me with every question I had! I am very happy with the service and final product.

Once the work finally started, the Content crew was very efficient and polite making the whole experience very easy

I was displaced for over a month for a job that ultimately took only 3 days to complete. Furniture was broken and took weeks to be fixed and returned. Items missing from storage

Even though the project wasn’t timely because of the holidays when the event happened, and took longer than expected. I think you did a great job disinfecting and restoring the bathroom.

Every aspect of the project was handled with expertise and professionalism. We had great confidence in the work and loved the final product.

Worst drywall i ever seen. No lighting in room. Opened up blinds and my ceiling is a mess. I can see cracks coming.

So far nothing much has happened, cut a hole in my ceiling and covered it with platic that is now falling off. No calls, no follow-up no...no...?

Disrespected my home - absolutely horrible quality - my five-year-old niece could do better drywall and paint work. You guys oughta be ashamed of yourselves.

Communication on the project was very poor. Things took incredibly long to complete. Selections that I made weeks in advance, ended up being out of stock at the last minute. In the end, my maintenance man finished parts that were not planned to be completed in a timely basis.
We have used midpoint for many projects in the last fifteen or twenty years, and had never experienced disappointment like this before.

Roberto and the team were very friendly and thorough with the mediation work they were performing after our flooding incident. They were very patient with all of the questions that we asked along the way as well!

I have always been pleased in past with ATI but this time one employee did not properly instruct a worker on OSHA regulations and contaminated items were not properly removed from my basement before applying new carpet.

While I appreciate the quality of the actual work performed — which met expectations — nearly every other aspect of the experience fell short. Communication was inconsistent, scheduling lacked clarity, and the overall process felt disorganized. Professionalism outside of the core task was lacking, and I found myself having to follow up more than I should have. The work itself was good, but everything surrounding it made the experience frustrating and unnecessarily difficult.

Items damaged, slow to respond but made good in the end. During your aquisition so got lost in transition…slowly made good on issues.

When Midpoint first arrived on scene it seemed that they would be great - however, after the first day it was like pulling teeth to get any type of communication and then there were complaints that "they told the owner why do they need to tell me too" The owner just watched her entire world torn apart - no matter how I tried or who I asked they would defer to "we communicated that with the owner" and would give me cliff notes to the situation. It was communicated very clearly on the onset that they were to communicate with me. VERY FRUSTRATING

Inspector Nik was very professional and thorough accessing the source of the damage incurred in the ceiling of our dining room!

Brad was my Project Manager and he kept me up tp date on everything. I had new wooden flooring put down after my refrigerator leaked on my old wooden floor. The men that installed it were experts and did a fantastic job! Also, they had a crew that wrapped all my household items to be moved to their wearhouse. After the job, they put the furniture back and and put everything away. The ladies did an excellent job!!
