When a representative from the company examined my attic, I was told that my existing shingles; a Class 4, 50 year warranty, that were installed in 2013, were the problem. After the roof was replaced, I was told that it would be necessary to get in touch with a contractor who would deal with the remaining issue. Several contractors who inspected my attic, ALL told me the same thing. The water spots that appeared on the ceiling tile in my dining room & the mold in my attic was due to an under insulated attic. The roof was never the problem. Now I'm looking at spending 5+ years paying off a $23k+ unnecessary loan. Money that could have been spent on more important necessities.
