The folks who did our work appeared to do a excellent job from what I could see from the ground. When the job was completed they cleaned up their debris and paid special attention in that work.

Took way to long. Excuse after excuse why. Misordered most supplies, and some work still needs finished.

David and Apple Roofing were recommended by my insurance agent. David provided an inspection of my roof and it needed to be replaced. I was also planning to get my siding and gutters replaced as well.
I contacted several other companies and Apple Roofing and David were the only ones who showed up for set appointments.
David was patient as I made my siding, roof and gutter choices. He offered choices and brought samples to me.
Once I had an estimate, my questions were answered, my concerns were respected and we moved forward with the job.
The siding crew did a great job. They were experienced and the siding looks great. They left my yard clean every night before they left.
The roofing crew worked quickly and the roof looks great!

The day before leaving on a 2 week vacation we found that our roof needed tarping and repair. Apple was able to do the tarping that day and kept in communication with us to make arrangements after our return. When we found that the gutter guards hadn't been screwed back on properly. Apple promptly sent someone out to correct this.

The experience was quick overall. The managers did a good job answering questions and usually showed up when they said they were coming by. The crew worked fast and did a good job. Clean up, especially nails, was severely lacking. Months later and I'm still finding nails that could have been found with a magnet, but they didn't have one.

My roof repair was completed quickly but the roofer forgot to install a wooden support so they will need to rip out the new shingles and do a second repair. I don't yet have a date for the second repair. Gutter install seems to be good.

Zach was great to work with. Clean up wasn't great, though I know they tried, still my kids and I have been picking up tons of plastic strips and nails. Ultimately, how my roof performs over the next 10 years will determine whether I recommend Apple, so far, it's a yes.

working on once they were able to get started the job from start to finish was done in a very timely manner. They protected our
property and replaced everything where it was when they started. They cleaned everything up and we are pleased with the results.
