They are reliable.

They did what they said they would do and were prompt and polite. Actually did a little more than what was quoted with the nickle and diming.

They are very corporate. I prefer a more personal touch and relationship with a contractor.

The staff did a great job trying to keep nails off the lawn and the driveway. Came on time, did great work, were respectful, and at the end of the day cleaned up before they left. They did this throughout the whole process of taking roof off and putting new roof on! It was a seamless project.

I am currently at my summer cottage in Maine, returning to Florida in September. I have not seen the roof repairs by Apple Roofing yet.

I am a general contractor and have been working with the team at apple roofing for many years. They are an extremely professional roofing company in a sea of roofing contractors that in many ways ave failed this part of the country. In my opinion, Apple Roofing stand alone in honesty, work ethic, reputation, and a genuinely great product. They have always done what they said they were going to do and have always backed up their materials and workmanship. Not only do I recommend them to all of my clients needing roofing work , I have used them on my own home.

I didn't feel that the communication was very clear, and I had to call them many times to find out what happens next. They tell me one thing in the office, and it doesn't actually happen at my house, so the communication wasn't great. They answered the phone, but they kept me in the dark, so I had to call them to find out what happens next.

Jorge installed my roof 3 years ago, and it went through a hurricane. They do super fantastic work. I am really pleased with what they do and what they did this last time. It was efficient and clean. They left quietly. I didn't even know they were here or had left. I went outside, and they were gone.

I developed several leaks in my roof in the middle of hurricane season in Southwest Florida. I was hesitant to begin a roof replacement worried that a storm would come and my new roof would not be in place however as soon as the contract was signed Apple Roofing expeditiously worked to replace my roof in a timely manner. Everyone from Gerald Oriano in Sales, the Office Staff, and the Crew working on the roof were all very professional with excellent customer service.
