Dealing with Rob was an absolute pleasure, and I think the sales manager's name is Tom, and we were very worried about the roof repair because it got damaged by the hurricane, and it was an incredible experience dealing with them.

I didn't feel that the communication was very clear, and I had to call them many times to find out what happens next. They tell me one thing in the office, and it doesn't actually happen at my house, so the communication wasn't great. They answered the phone, but they kept me in the dark, so I had to call them to find out what happens next.
