The entire crew was great, but especially Angelica and Justin. Everybody showed up on time and they completed the entire roof in a single day. Angelica and Justin made sure all of my questions were answered, and the crew left the surroundings exactly as they had found them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Apple Roofing did a tremendous job!

The workers left one of my cables hanging down on the deck so that I have to duck to get out of my sliding glass door onto the deck. It needs to go back up wherever it came from other than that they were fine.

Excellent work and product on new roof, still waiting for the gutters to be done.

I didn't feel that the communication was very clear, and I had to call them many times to find out what happens next. They tell me one thing in the office, and it doesn't actually happen at my house, so the communication wasn't great. They answered the phone, but they kept me in the dark, so I had to call them to find out what happens next.

I would've liked to have known when someone was going to arrive to complete the fix. I was not aware of anything scheduled.

Professional and customer service oriented

My overall experience was really good. When my representative quit responding, it was really aggravating. There was a period of about 4 to 5 weeks where everything went into a dark hole, and I don't think the company responded appropriately.

4700 sq.ft. Home completed in 1 day. Great job & the crew cleaned up the property afterwards.

Very bad lack of communication.

I was very impressed by the speed and efficiency of the company get back to me and inspecting the damages with in 4 days and the job being completed within 2 weeks. Several family members with damage are still waiting for inspection and other companies follow up
