They responded quickly to our request to provide an estimate to repairs the damage from a leak in the MBR.

Early responsiveness but overall coms were hit or miss. Additionally the billing coordination with 3rd party for insurance lags and results in relatively “aggressive” invoicing emails referencing liens on the property. Disturbing to get when a simple phone call would be more appropriate.

Additionally multiple installs of replacement bathroom fixture resulted in leaks AFTER I informed the project manager I was having my plumber install whom I had already paid. The final install was NOT fixed and I am still coordinating with my plumber to get back out.

I finally signed the paperwork more because I did not want the ATI team touching the plumbing anymore.

As I continue to work through the impact of a flood in my home I am continuously finding new things that ATI did without care, consideration, thought, concern, etc… for my home.

This process has been much too slow, it has dragged on for months now and I fear we are still months out from completing the rebuild. The demolition was completed in a timely manner, but then literally nothing for months... this project should have been done by now.

Never, This company is awful. Zero craftsmanship, terrible communication, nothing is or was timely, and felt rushed when they did actually work.

ATI did a phenomenal job on my renovation, from working with the insurance company to making sure everything was done well. AJ, the Project Manager, was incredibly responsive and explained everything to me clearly. Highly recommend.

The professionalism was the best and I could have not been more pleased with all of the communication and work done by the ATI Team. This job was actually done at 4101 Ada, Flower Mound, which is my mother's home. Long story for why we needed the work. My mother is in her 90s and sometimes can present "challenges" to situations. This was a very difficult event that took place at her home and your team was great. Brandon was the team lead and he worked so well with my mom. I am very grateful for the respect and kindness she showed her and me.

I called you after my insurance adjuster referred your company. They called back a few days later. By then I did a temp roof by myself as it rained in my hobby room damaging even more of my personal property. When they finically showed up they used the tarps I purchased to secure the temp roof and board up. They set two full size air scrubbers and zero air movement and no dehumidifier’s. This mistake allowed soot particulates to blow throughout my entire home and cross contaminated my entire living room, my entire kitchen, hallway , hall closet and the downstairs living room. The relative humidity along with the smoke caused more damage to electronics , sentimental items and clothing. Never would ai recommend them to anyone.

A half bath small fix and update took over 5 months with multiple stops because something was not done correctly or a crucial piece was cut wrong and had to be re ordered. Then we were blamed for making the project harder even though we were well within the limits of what was discussed at the beginning. At one point I got a quote for the final parts and it was extremely high. When I questioned why I was then told it was because they "accidentely" double charged me on things. Had I not reached out I highly doubt that mess up would have been found. It makes me wonder if that has happened to others as well. I am overall not impressed by this job.

This has taken too long and the crews they send show up late, once a week at the most, and cut corners. I don’t know if it’s a miscommunication aspect between crews and project managers or if they’re just padding what they bill me for my insurance claim.

Very slow to no response. I tried to contact the project manager (Jeremy) many times to make a change - I am giving up because it is too difficult to proceed without document for next step. I contacted AAA for help, Amy said she called everyone at ATI too but to no avail.

They came in and took care of cleaning up everything.

We anticipated ATI to complete the job at our home. We were told somebody would be contacting us for the next step. Nobody ever reached out to my husband or I. It left us scrambling to find another provider.

From November 2025 to February 2026 the equipment was left sitting in my basement. ATI never returned to make sure water damage or mold was contained.

Not only did my first adjuster with ATI Restoration that was working with my insurance company suddenly up and disappeared right when it was time to do the estimate of my belongings that needed replaced or reimbursed for he didn’t contact anybody. ATI didn’t reach out. I was left weeks with nothing and the insurance company has taken advantage of that and said that he said I have nothing that needs to be deemed non-salvageable and then the second person that took over the claim after I called him, went out of my way to find the guy came out once with his boss or superintendent don’t know who she was. They came out for about 1520 minutes listened to the show, took their air scrubber that I pointed out that I still had because I had to unhook it out of my window myself and left spoke to him one other time never heard from him again and now there’s a bill for over $4000 that I guess they’re my insurance paid them and then I got warranty for the work they did which they never did anything no work was done. I’m still sitting here in a home that is not safe to live in. The insurance company is not paying anything out to me because AT&T ation team not doing their job and misleading me. I am a single mom who’s about to lose her car her home all because of this I put every dollar I have into trying to survive since this happened. Do not trust these people they do a half *** job and leave you hanging right in the middle when you need a most.

Andy Page is my absolute favorite POC to work with, out of any vendor we were assigned. He has been absolutely fantastic in responsiveness and delivery of every ask we have given him and the ATI team. I could not be happier with him and the ATI team and fully intend on making sure ATI (with Andy as a POC) is on every account I go to.

I got an email a week ago that someone would be in contact shortly to discuss getting my property back in shape. I called the project director listed in the email after a few days without hearing anything, only to learn that he does not work in this department anymore. At least he gave me the contact info for the right project director. A call and a message into him (James Perez) remains unanswered.

I really want to give a shout out to Jeremy Rodriguez. He was a great communicator, took the time to explain the insurance process and kept me up to date on what was happening, and always answered my questions. It was a crazy rainy season and we had a family loss, and he was great to work with and communicate with.

You were terrible, didn’t communicate and don’t even have my name correct. Hilarious that I even received this after that debacle.

They were very polite and did what they promised. If it wasn't possible, they said they couldn't do it. If they said they would be here at 6:00, they would be here. If they were delayed in traffic, they would call and let me know it would be 6:15. They were very polite and considerate.

Once it was discovered that we hired a public adjuster the ATI rep assigned to our home did little to no real work. The list that was submitted to our adjuster was undervalued for many items, and total loss value was short from what our public adjuster came in at by about $178,000. The discrepancy is unacceptable.

Our home contents were thrown all over the place, and agents from ATI were making contents about items in our home weren’t really damaged and discussed taking them home for themselves. Very unprofessional.

This project took 1 year and 3 month to complete with lack of communication, 3 different project managers and a project director that just stopped communicating with me.

We started working with ATI on this issue for a year now. The communication is sparse. We call a couple times every week. They have had contractors come and patch the issue instead of fix it and they haven’t even done it correctly so it is causing more issues. They don’t know what the problem is now and we are just in waiting mode. I don’t wish this experience on anyone else. I would not recommend, in fact, I would tell people to avoid them.
