Everyone that was part of the rpocess was very trustworthy and non judgemental. Unfortunately, we are borderline hoarders, but they were not judgemental. They did their jobs, and they were very polite about it.

Within 1 hour, the company reached out to get me scheduled and had someone available shortly after to complete their walk through.

The only concern I had was the lack of communication with regards to when people were coming to the house and what was taking place.

The entire process was horrible and now the “job is done” and the workmanship and clean up has been horrible. I will never recommend you guys. I will be putting a complaint to the BBB and I will ensure that all possible social sites are aware of how poorly your company did.

I am very likely to recommend ATI Restoration because they delivered in a very quick turnaround time once we purchased a property that had deferred maintenance and life and safety issues. They provided their proposals in a timely manner and were excellent with communication, sending status updates and photos throughout the process. They kept us informed of any issues or if they uncovered another problem that required repairs. They sent us pricing if they were to handle it and also allowed us time if we wanted to find another vendor to get additional proposals. Needless to say, we went with ATI the whole way through.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of work. My home was clean when they were completed.

Unfortunately working with ATI took a turn for the worse very quickly. It has taken literally months for them to begin the work that needed to be done and its still not finished. When working on the bathroom that needed repairs, no floor protection was put down, they were cutting tile and storing material on our white carpet, which now needs to be cleaned. They've left trash and refuse on my front porch for a week, did not order enough material to repair our hardwood floors but they still demolished the floor so our living room is just OSB sub floor and will be for the next 4 weeks. Communication has been a nightmare and we basically have to harass them to get any kind of timely response or update. This is all repairs for a leak we had in May, it is now almost October and the work is not done yet.

ATI Restoration did exactly what they needed to do when they needed to do it. It took a minute or two to do some coordination with them because they were dealing with the other people who were actually doing the work, but I will say that the project supervisor was always timely and the work was done in a timely manner once we had the initial coordination done.

I fired the first contractor. I had a completely different annd excellent experience with ATI.

The work was completed & was well managed. In addition to a bank error, ATI was prompt in issuing a needed credit check to correct the bank error. They misinterpreted the 1st digit of my check by $3K.
