Professionalism

Very little communication throughout the process. It's been a month since anything has been done at all to fix my house. It shouldn't take months and months to get your house fixed. Absolutely horrible company to work with.

Professional, communicative, quality of work is superb not cheap looking and these individuals really take pride in their work.

It took forever to finish and I am still waiting for carpet guy to come finish stretching the carpet

The Project Manager was difficult to get in contact with. When I did get in contact with him, he would tell me things that didn't happen. I had to do a lot of things myself. I'm most dissatisfied with the communication.

The workmanship was outstanding.

Everything about ATI is great, especially Henry and his being on top of everything!

ATI Restoration did a wonderful job cleaning up the water damage from a leaking dishwasher. We would definitely use them again.

It's been a challenge.. They send people who are not able to do things.
So, they have to done over and over.
This is taking way too long.
My questions to the guy in charge are not answered.
The ONLY guy that was extremely qualified was Marco, the flooring guy. He did a superb job on the flooring in the 2 rooms.
We still have many cabinets to get installed, and a very long sink and vanity

It started out at a 2 under the initial project managers. When taken over by the regional office it became a 9.

ATI never completed the work, and I had called up multiple times. In fact, they were recommended by the insurance company to fix the bathroom leak for me. They just came in, did some remediation work, and then they said they'll come back to do the repair work, and then they said they'll have to get some estimates put together for the insurance company. I kept following up with them and did not get any answers. Ultimately, I called up the insurance company myself, and they asked me to get the work done through another party or by myself. It's just a horrible experience end-to-end, so to speak. We were without a bathroom for almost a year.

So far, ATI has been outstanding in every way. We will be happy to recommend the company and workers to anyone.

Communication needs to be improved.

Tyson Project Manager had his hands full. There was a shift in team project mng and this greatly affected communication between the teams. Quality of work was very low grade and not mindful of home owners home. Blood stains on the wall, damaging items while working, bad English and the worst was cutting tile saw laying on the brand new floor to work and cut while finishing the job. That should of been done outside. Home owner asked about tasks on hand and they were not able to answer questions.

Their response to our emergency situation was outstanding. They showed up about an hour after I first called and began mitigation on a room which had a significant water leak. ALL of the workers were efficient and nice.

They have done a fantastic job!!
