When my home flooded, I called my insurance company and they sent ATI. ATI arrived very quickly and worked tirelessly to restore my home.

Completion of the job has been frustratingly slow. Communication is poor or non-existent. I will never work again with a company that is paid upfront by the insurance company. The customer then has little control and is at the mercy of incompetent or over-worked staff.

Almost the entire process with ATI was an absolute disaster. The project that should’ve taken no more than 10 to 12 weeks ended up taking an entire year. And the project ended with ATI because I terminated them. While financial compensation was agreed to through insurance, it is very evident that the crew that was in my home was not professional or capable. Multiple mistakes failure to complete tasks. And regularly trying to up charge certain products. My wife was able to beat prices quoted by ATI’s foreman on several occasions. Ultimately, I felt that ATI and the team that was in my home was trying to take advantage of the situation.

No I could not recommend. Whenever you have a loss due to a leak, you don’t want to have to go through every line item for accuracy. I had to do this for demolition as well as going over the line items for restoration. It’s time consuming and frustrating

Always kept up to speed on the project status

The workers were on time every day, very cordial, respectful and hard working. The job was completed in the quoted time, and the cleanup was excellent. There was no further need for cleaning, to pass testing inspection.

started with issues as the roof needed to be tarped a second time because it was not tarped large enough to stop the leak. glad i was home to set buckets up to catch the water or would have had more damage.

Honestly, between the incredible lack of consistent response time and the fact that it took almost 6 months to get this project completed should be embarrassing

I would never recommend Ati due to workmanship, miscommunication, the completion of my home and the falsified charges that I was charged where I never had damages in certain part of my home and never had certain things in my home such as a dish washer. I still have to make corrections to my home.

ATI started the job but only worked about five days on my rental property. The Renter had taken a week off so they would be out of the house while ATI was working. When they return no work had been done on the rental property and I’m still waiting to know exactly what was done. It’s been months dealing with this. I just received an invoice for the completed job but no detail of what was done. I’ve asked ATI to send me some photos of the completed work and I’m still waiting a week later.
