Terrible communication, they broke my German shrunk and refused to fix or replace. I actually have told everyone that I know to never use this company for any of their repairs. If I could give them less than a zero rating I would.

We did not choose ATI, they were assigned. We knew nothing about water damage mitigation companies. This was difficult and stressful and did not know what to expect next. Basically, the communication was poor.
