Invoicing is not clear. We were told to expect a certain price and it ended up being double that.

The quality of the work is great, nice planning and finishing except some delays due to multiple projects they do simultaneously.

your company sent non-professionals to our home. They broke things, stole things, caused massive damage over 30k. Each time they tried to fix the damage to our ceiling they caused more damage. After the 3 time I canceled the contract. They didn't do the job in the right order. Doing the vent cleaning last, with staff that didn't know how to do it and blew contaminate all through our home. Then they had the nerve to put a lien on our house and refused to make us whole. There are other unprofessional things but to many to list. One was they didn't secure our property when they weren't there. I have been through the California's state contractors board, insurance commission, and the BBB. All of which ATI has sent generic responses and I learned none of these entities have the power to make ATI do what they should. I forced them to remove the lien. I'm now dealing with an attorney to be made whole.

I imagine you're not going to respond to this because I'm pretty sure your company has no integrity. Please prove me wrong and refund our 10k deposit and pay to make us whole.

I do plan to post everywhere possible once this is done to make sure potential clients no what **** they are potential entering. .

Brandon Cox, our area representative, was incredibly communicative and completed everything in a week and a half. He is a great guy. His crew is courteous and professional, with high-quality people.

The clean up was phenomenal, they saved many items and were thoughtful in taking apart cabinetry.

They were good people and were reliable. They did a great job. They were very courteous, took care of everything and cleanup, and did a good job.

The project manager Art was very responsive and helpful, but the subcontractors were often difficult to communicate with, and the whole process was very slow. I also had to point out problems that should have been obvious to them. Overall, not impressed and not sure I'd recommend them.

This was the worst customer experience that I have ever had. They are unprofessional, untimely, provide low quality of work, and they had to redo a lot of work. My wife and I project managed most of the job.

Good service and on time

The crew was fine. The project manager was unreliable and untrustworthy. He would tell us one thing and reality would be very different. He lied about his crew, he lied to me about a conversation he had with my wife, and he lied about conversations we had directly.

Yes, I would recommend it him because he works with our schedule. It was very prompt when he said he was gonna be there and I appreciate it that.

For the most part, I didn't have any problems with them, but I did have a problem with another company they referred.
