Professional & Organized - A few days after I signed the work order with Michael St. Pierre, an Aluminum Company technician contacted me to make an appointment to take the window measurements. I was also contacted by the very cordial Alondra Filo, the project coordinator.

Scheduling Process - I had originally requested that the installation take place in mid-June, since I expected to be out of town between late May and early June. I received a call in mid-April advising me that the windows were ready and could be installed, so I happily agreed to have this done ahead of schedule.

We previously had Dallas Spruill install a complete front door and side stained glass insert. It was beautiful and so impressive. We have moved and missed the Storm Door and called Dallas to add it to our new house. It was so complimentary and gorgeous our neighbor ordered the same storm door for her house.

We had 4 companies quote the job. The Aluminum Company did not have the low price. However we selected the Aluminum Company of NC because 1) we liked the look of the Okna window, 2)we weren’t required to pay until the job was complete, and their reputation.

The roofing team (I’m sorry I didn’t write down names) who came out at the end to remove my satellite dish. They did a courtesy inspection and uncovered a prior issue of shoddy workmanship (not yours) that likely led to some of the initial water damage in the old siding. Prompt and reasonable repairs.

The Aluminum Company made the entire process from sales to installation an absolutely great experience. Everything was exactly as promised and all that I asked for.

We had top notch craftsman. The crew that did our Siding and Windows did an excellent job. They showed up on time they did not mess around and made the time they were here productive . They worked with us ,as we have 2 dogs. That alone could have made for frustration due to the fact that they stay in the house. NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER! We as most homeowners had "stuff" out of the ordinary...No issues the crew handled everything professionally and without hesitation. This was a 3 person crew that worked like a 5 person crew. We simply could not sak for a better crew.
