In my case, I’ve been asked to offer insight on large-scale projects and these require analyzing blueprints which are time-consuming work. I never thought of providing consulting outside of my company, however, after a colleague approached me about offering consulting services to him, word of mouth got around and I became a part-time consultant for other projects outside of my own.”
