Deckscapes now xScape was amazing to work with from start to finish. They listened to what we disliked about our space and how we really wanted to use it. The design they came up with was better than we could have imagined. After some fine tuning construction actually started earlier than we expected. In order to not lose time xScape cleared out our previous screened porch and place everything carefully on the patio. The amount of care and thought behind their placement of our belongings (not blocking walkways, the hot tub, etc) was really impressive. Along the way we had questions and concerns. They answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns (drainage due to some change in grade during construction, replacement of the removed walkway etc.) promptly and professionally. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that the design they created became a reality that had the entire neighborhood talking.

Upgraded our screened in porch from treated lumber to composite decking. The deck and stairs were rebuilt and feels much sturdier than it previously did. I’m really happy with it!

After my initial phone conversation with Aaron, it became clear he would reach out to me or swing by to check on things. The crew worked consistently, diligently, and methodically with great attention to detail all the way through. We had a big project, and Aaron and his crew took the worry out the entire process, from idea to 3D plans to scheduling cement work, all the material deliveries, construction, to ultimately final inspection. They were also respectful of all the properties surrounding us. Phenomenal attention to detail in the initial plans that was also demonstrated throughout construction. They really took care of us through the whole process.

We are very pleased with our beautiful, new deck. Steffan was very helpful in guiding us through the process. The owners were hands-on, on-site, and always available.

We just had PCF Construction replace our 23 year old, second floor wrap-around deck which had been rendered unsafe. The old one had to be completely demolished, right down to the cement "feet". It was a month long project due to its size and components. The result, is a beautiful piece of art. The construction team consisted of Heath, Kyle and David. All 3 did an amazing job. They worked hard each day. I was impressed with their work ethics. It was obvious they were very experienced and knowledgeable in their craft. At the end of each day, they left the site in a clean and orderly state. They were friendly and always polite and never hesitated to answer any questions I had. I was always kept informed of their schedules and they kept by them. I never had to guess who would show up or when. We also had a custom gate installed at one end of the deck for our dogs. Kyle did an excellent job with the design and finished product. Impressive!I should also mention our initial consult with Nick Fagerness was also very good. He was very thorough in showing us designs and explaining everything from start to finish along with being completely transparent with the pricing. He left no stone unturned.The end result is absolutely beautiful. I am extremely happy with the new deck and the workmanship. I've had a couple friends, who are in the building business tell me that the work done is high quality.The site was completely cleaned up within a couple days. No left over piles of lumber, trash or other supplies. Everyone who has been to our home has complimented on the beauty and construction of the new deck. I had Brian with Texas Decks come in and "do over" my PVC deck that had started out as a nightmare as the original, much cheaper guy, didn't know what he was doing. Most would not come in after another but Brian did. His team are perfectionists! I can't believe how well he was able to correct, improve and make beautiful what started out as such a bad experience with another. Especially considering my deck was not even made square by the first guy.
