Initial design process, and resulting design, were great! Workmanship was generally pretty good. Communication was woefully inadequate. See more details in final section below.

I would consider recommending Silver Oak but I would not recommend our project manager.

I absolutely love my new kitchen. Everyone was great to work with. My designer, Latrice was amazing and so was the project manager!

With our house being up for sale, several people in the neighborhood obviously scoped out the pictures and once they saw all the work put into it, they asked for Silver Oaks contact and information which we happily provided.

A very well organized team. It was quite the opposite of the nightmares I hear from so many others who had a remodeling project. There was excellent help and communication all along the way from before the start to after, and having a design expert and the draft design visuals really helped in decision making. Quality of the workers and the work was impressive.

Remodeling in general isn't an experience I wish to repeat, or would wish on a friend, but I also believe SO was a good partner to lead us through it.

Hands down I would recommend Silver Oak. My kitchen remodel was a wonderful experience. The design was perfect (not cookie cutter like the other companies' designs I'd received), and the installation was painless.

The work that they did was excellent! I would have appreciated a little bit more notice of when people were coming to my house when the contractor could not be here. There were a lot of times that I didn't know what they were here to do. I felt like that resulted in a delay of the completion of the work. I wish that I would have been kept up to date of what was needed to be done.

Everyone involved in out project from the beginning with Kerry, the designer to Don and all of the contractors (too many names to remember) were so professional and made sure that everything for my project went as smoothly as possible. Being without your kitchen for any length is an issue but they made it as painless as possible. Each day I knew when someone was going to be there working based on the app and Don would let me know the time that they would be there and each time everyone showed up and was prompt and cleaned up afterwards. All crew was very professional and I felt comfortable having them in my house when I wasn't there or if my kids were there alone. The design that Kerry did was perfect and the kitchen feels like it was the way it should have always looked! I can't wait to have them work on some other projects for us. Will definitely recommend to my friends!! Thank you to all who worked on my project! I love it!

My project manager was good but the interior designer, at times was a little unprofessional. Sometimes disrespectful and rude, when it came to resolving some issues. They ran way over schedule for a small project.

They were timely, professional, kept to budget and communicated well.

Silver Oak Remodel was a pleasure to work with. Everything was completed in timely manor by Silver Oak Remodel and looks fantastic.

We found Silver Oak to be flexible, friendly and easy to work with. They did a good job, are committed to getting the project done right and stand behind their work.

Overall, I think Silver Oak delivered and did a professional job on my home addition. Admittedly, there were bumps in the road, beginning with a project manager who was not attentive to the project and neglected to catch issues that could have been prevented with appropriate oversight. We also felt that we had to be more attentive in quality control checking in some instances. Notwithstanding, the end product was well done.

We referred Silver Oak to a family member and they are experiencing the same issues with communication and timeliness that we did.

They did an excellent job. I have the most wonderful bathrooms now, and I would definitely recommend them.
