Professional, thorough, attentive, caring.

They did what they said they would do.

Everything was great. I couldnt be happier
Donald was very helpful and his appraisal was thorough
The workmanship was excellent

They did a great job.

Communication with the contractor & accounting were not aligned. Initial quote did not have any details for the work that was going to be completed. Quote did not provide a timeframe for the work to be completed. Quotes are only good for 2 weeks. I think it’s fair to request job completion in 2 weeks. I requested and they accommodated. However, the day that the work was scheduled to be completed the painters did not have the paint. Had to reschedule for a different day. Informed the contractor that the paint at the bottom was insufficient. He didn’t offer to have them come back out as a courtesy. Very poor customer service on his part.

Great communication and attentive throughout the process

Excellent workmanship. Professional guidance throught the entire project. Started on-time, finished on-time, everything done as agreed and expected.

Communication, personality, quality of work... all pristine.

I have already recommended them to a friend.

I called MidSouth to ask for a quote to have my siding looked at for some repairs that were not taken care of by the prior contractor. Logan Randall came as the project manager and looked at what I needed. He was very understanding and agreeable with what I was questioning. Logan sent a crew to fix the problems and make the corrections in one day. He came out the next day and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. The entire process was great! After the stress and delays I had with the previous contractor I am very hesitant about choosing someone I can trust. I could not have been more pleased with Logan and MidSouth Construction.

Ver promte response and completed the job on time.

They were easy to work with and did excellent work.

James was great!!

The communication was great and our POC, James, worked tirelessly to ensure our insurance finally approved a full roof replacement. It took a lot of work on his part, and the final product was great.

The agent was very personal and professional. I felt like he was making a special effort to assure me I would get the best results on my project. I would give Eric the best score there is!”

Excellent work. Completely satisfied.

Professional company with respectful workers. The point of contact representative was considerate and provided detailed answers to any questions that I had. Contractors worked quickly and efficiently to replace my roof.

Absolutely professional company

From start to finish, the process and information were very clear.
The job was finished in a day.
The price was fair and reasonable.
Our project manager gave me a quote, a service schedule and delivered on time with no problems or back tracking.

We will always recommend MidSouth as they have always been thorough, professional, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with. Their work for us has always been excellent.

Very good experience.

I already recommended to other neighbors. One has used MidSouth.

Erik, the person that was helping us, did a fantastic job. He helped work with our insurance company to make sure that they would cover the damage being replaced. Erik came many times to take pictures and his persistence paid off. Without him, we would not have had our roof replaced.

Having an excellent project manager helped a lot!
