I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. Their business practices are fraudulent. They had me sign paperwork for the PACE program. The paperwork indicated the project was finished (my fault for not reading the paperwork). After I figured out what they had done, I was told the money was in an escrow account. I asked repeatedly for an accounting which they never produced. The project was never started and they have disappeared with the project money leaving me to pay $10k additional property tax dollars every 6 months. I will probably lose my home.
