Salesperson Experience - Rating

Salesperson Experience - Rating - Although I understand that in a sales meeting, I would be receiving a “sales pitch,” Trevor’s approach was straightforward and devoid of the customary hype. It was evident that he comprehended the scope of my project and the necessary steps to bring it to fruition without the stress I had assumed was inherent in construction.

I firmly believe that attention to detail is crucial at every stage of the process to achieve the best possible outcome. What has been a truly remarkable revelation is that I can be confident that every individual brought in by DRD is dedicated to attention to detail, and I am not the one responsible for ensuring this. I have witnessed numerous instances with Ward, Marcos, Ricardo, Octavio, Henry, Maurijillio, and others going above and beyond to ensure that the details are attended to.

Use Comments

Use Comments - DRD Construction was recommended to us by a family friend and they didn't disappoint. Top notch support and skill that changed our family home far beyond what we could have hoped. From a house that was embarrassing to host from to one that we're excited to show off.

Satisfaction

Satisfaction - Very satisfied. Their tight collaboration with Studio 38 made the experience seamless from design to construction. Weekly management site visits and chats to make sure we knew what was going on at all times. The various teams all delivered incredible work to make our dream home a reality.

Recognized Excellence

Recognized Excellence - Where to start. Trevor, Pedro and Tessa we're amazing communicators and coordinators to get everything started but also kept in touch throughout the entire process. Dustin provided very reliable and constant support as the house was torn down and built back up to perfection. I'm drawing a blank on names of the workers, but Octavio and crew were all amazing as well.

Why DRD?

Why DRD? - The quality of the work and dealing with Corbin. These are very professional.

We definitely found the right company (Studio 38 and D.R. Domenichini) that made our dream kitchen and family room a reality.

💯%

They were fantastic to work with from the first meeting thru the final walkthrough.

We did a full kitchen remodel with DRD Construction. From the very first meeting I had with Trevor at the house to discuss my wish list, to the estimation process with Ana and Tessa, to the design with Marianna and Taylor, and through the whole construction process with Dustin, it was the best experience I could have wished for! Every person I met and worked with was incredibly friendly, very professional, very approachable and answered every single question I had and dealt with all my concerns throughout the entire process. Using the CoConstruct app was amazing! I could see my financials, permits, daily calendar and daily job log from my Project Manager, Dustin. You get everything you pay for and more! Every trade that came through was very professional and very trustworthy. It was 2 1/2 months without a kitchen but the process was exciting and stress free!!! That’s unheard of and I will recommend this company to anyone who wants an all in one design/construction company because it all works so seamlessly together. Don’t waste time or money trying to do this with any other company! And thank you to Corbin , who brought me a Before and After photo book of my project on the 28 Day walkthrough after the kitchen was completed. Thank you, David and Gina for creating such a wonderful company together!!!!

.R Construction is a competent, highly organized and couteous company that values customer satifaction.

Our top priorities when we were researching general contractors were 1) Commitment to schedule and contract scope agreement 2) Communication, communication, communication! Approachable, professional and responsive! 3) Organized and transparent 4) Local and not just a "phone number". DRD hit it on the nail (no pun intended) on all 4!

Frustratingly slow start to the project

Professional employees that want the customer satisfied

We have been constantly amazed. DRD exceeded expectations at every turn keeping us informed, answering every question in a timely way, They managed to have every city inspection happen as scheduled. The quality of work and the quality of our encounters with subcontractors as always respectful and helpful. The finished project is better than we first imagined.

I was recommended by a friend and needless to say I was truly impressed. I would definitely recommend DRD to friends who are doing kitchen remodels.

D.R. Domenichini Construction is the best. I've worked with a lot of contractors over the years.

I’ve recommended this construction group to friends and family. I have had the group here on projects twice and am planning a third time coming up this December.

From start to finish, the communication and attention to detail were terrific. The project started on time and while there were minor changes to the schedule along the way, the project was completed on time. Scott, our project manager, was easy to keep in touch with. The father and son team who did the tile work were very attentive to detail and were true craftsmen. We are incredibly happy with our new primary bathroom!

We have already recommended DRD. They did a great job and we're delighted with how everything turned out.

I would wholeheartedly recommend DRD to a friend. I feel very lucky that I found them and chose them for this project.

We’re extremely happy with our all-new kitchen and primary bathroom and wouldn't hesitate to recommend DRD!
