While being a professional, reputable, longstanding builder that have the resources of a big company, they will give you the care and attention of a small company. And it all shows in the process and in their quality. They built our dream home through a seamless process that was so organized, leaving us with a peace of mind. Everyone else told me builing a home is a dreadful and exhausting process. B&D honestly made it one of the coolest and enjoyable things I've ever done. Everyone was so kind, gracious, and patient - from Bob to the amazing Natalie to Chris who always went above and beyond. Thank you all. My next one will be with you. Meanwhile, I'm enjoying this one. I've never purchased new construction and didn't know what to expect. I believe that I have found my forever home and would definitely recommend B&D to anyone else looking at new construction. The process was easy and all employees were helpful, patient and kind. The quality of the products used during the building process is very apparent. The windows keep out noise and drafts, there's no creaking on windy days and my home just feels solid and comfortable on cold days. I'm loving it!
