The entire experience working with Bernadette on the front end (sales) to Chris and Joe on the back end (superintendent) gave us complete confidence in our purchase. Bernadette handled all our questions and concerns and was a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with our new townhouse and highly recommend Beechen and Dill.

Quality workmanship and materials; great team of people who heard our concerns and responded; prepared us well for move in; made a difficult process easier. Bernadette was amazing to work with, she made this house our home before we moved.

Before building with Beechen and Dill, we went and tested many other builders and by far B&D blew them out of the water. From the first encounter to the last. I wouldn't go with anyone else, and I've already recommended them multiple friends.

Additional Comments - Beechen and dill is truly unlike any other. While being a professional, reputable, longstanding builder that have the resources of a big company, they will give you the care and attention of a small company. And it all shows in the process and in their quality. They built our dream home through a seamless process that was so organized, leaving us with a peace of mind. Everyone else told me builing a home is a dreadful and exhausting process. B&D honestly made it one of the coolest and enjoyable things I've ever done. Everyone was so kind, gracious, and patient - from Bob to the amazing Natalie to Chris who always went above and beyond. Thank you all. My next one will be with you. Meanwhile, I'm enjoying this one. I've never purchased new construction and didn't know what to expect. I believe that I have found my forever home and would definitely recommend B&D to anyone else looking at new construction. The process was easy and all employees were helpful, patient and kind. The quality of the products used during the building process is very apparent. The windows keep out noise and drafts, there's no creaking on windy days and my home just feels solid and comfortable on cold days. I'm loving it!
