Paid over $5K for a brand new mesh pool cover…upon installation installers noticed a tear in the cover. 2 months later and the issue has not been resolved.

With them handling nearly all aspects of the installation, there was very little planning and coordinating required by the purchaser. The finished product was excellent.

I filled out a survey before. The whole experience was positive, from your sales representative, to all the guys who worked on the pool. Everyone was mindful of the work area, they were very efficient, cleaned up. The office staff kept me apprised of what work was scheduled for each day. I love the end result and I am looking forward to summer and being able to use the pool!

All my questions were answered immediately by Andy (our salesman). He helped with picking the pool design etc.

Everything went according to the schedule. I loved getting the reports after each phase. Made it simple to pay on the online portal as the different phases were completed.

The ease from start to finish. I would only suggest that you lay out all options for the client and let them determine what they want.

Communication and service was excellent from start to finish.

Everything with the pool was great. Our construction manager was outstanding. Very hands on. However I would not recommend Anthony sylvan fencing. It was suggested that we go with you for the fencing as well and it was the only dark cloud it what would otherwise be clear skies. They were terrible at responding to us. It took days sometimes weeks to get a response. And when our fence didn’t pass the final inspection it took months before someone came come back and fix it. Response from everyone in that department were terrible. Let them build your dream pool just find your own fencing company.

From the first meeting, the team listened closely, asked smart questions, and helped us align form, function, and budget. They took time to understand our yard, how we wanted to use the pool, and our long-term vision for the space. That thoughtful start built confidence right away.

I’d like to say I would recommend A&S but I’m waiting for my plaster issue to be completely resolved. In process.

My pool was dug about 10 inches too low, requiring an additional step off the back of the house. It was also placed 1 foot closer to the house than the design plans called for. These errors caused us to lose two feet of space off the steps, which really impacts our layout, as you feel like you are walking right into the pool. I have brought this to the attention of my designer (Jeremy Seibert) and project manager several times and asked for a resolution. It has been MONTHS of waiting and reaching back out on my part as I continue to get blown off. I am extremely disappointed in the complete lack of ownership on Anthony and Sylvan to make this right.

Well worth the cost for the flexibility of shape and size of the pool, as well as the enduring quality.

From the initial salesman ( clay) to completion ( tim) everything was done promptly with exception of few delays.
