At this point, I would be hesitant to recommend Anthony & Sylvan because of the difficulty we have experienced getting our concrete warranty concerns resolved. These issues were reported months ago, and although someone inspected them approximately two weeks ago, we have not received a proposed resolution or timeline. I hope the company will follow through so that we can ultimately feel better about our experience.

I was happy with installation process, timing, communication! I would have liked more follow up after pool start up.

When the rep came i showed him Crack appearing outside spa/ tile and sub standard work tile work that was performed and I was told someone will get in touch with me on it but never heard back from anyone.

Our experience throughout the entire process was top notch. Everyone we interacted with were knowledgeable, patient and very professional. We were kept informed during all stages of the process and extremely pleased with our finished pool.

We didn’t receive a lot of what was promised. Pool school was horrible.After last payment communication was scarce and as a customer we seemed unimportant

Our experience with working with all the teams at Anthony & Sylvan was very positive from the start to finish of our pool project. They were on time, totally professional and made sure all our questions were answered and all of our needs met. They installed our pool 25+ years ago and we never had any issues so when it came time for the pool to be upgraded we called them again and were not disappointed. I would highly recommend them for all your pool needs.

While the pool building process was great, a few bumps along the road. The servicing of the pool is subpar,

The Sales person was easy to work with, and the timing to renovate the pools met our schedule.

The initial start up of the pool was great. My project manager Tyler Swavely was fabilious. Due to the time frame in which my pool was opened we delayed some minor service to this spring. I have call Tyler at least two times, emailed at least four times and texted once since this spring. Everything message has been ignored. I even called a week ago and left a message to see if he was still alive and or employed by Anthony Sylvan. At this point i have had the work done by someone else. I had been recommending Anthony Sylvan but now am telling everyone that the follow up is non existent. I sure hope i dont need service on the pool because i dont think you guys care about the after sale issues.

Major projects require a massive amount of attention to detail and in the case of our designer I’d say he failed at doing so. So much so that I had to intervene several times to make things right. Two examples are he placed the pool incorrectly on the drawing and although he eventually corrected it the demo guys were using the old drawing. They started digging a new hole when I stopped them! The other was a design feature that we added during the design phase and yet he didn’t add it to the drawing. When I asked him about it he denied that it was missing. I showed him his CAD drawing of it that we designed at his desk. The pool was in rebar stage so plumbing had to be rerouted and the deep end step had to be added in rebar. Again I had to intervene to make this happen. I didn’t get paid to be the project manager as I recall.
