Very overpriced for what they delivered

Zion did a fantastic job on demo and rebuild on a portion of my pool deck at a reasonable cost. They were on time and cleaned up very well. Very happy with their work!

Zion was extremely professional. They provided excellent review of pricing and of the work to be completed. Once they came and were on the job, there were many challenges in order for them to do the original architectural work that I was requiring. What I am impressed with most about, is they always had a good solution in overcoming those challenges. They still provided the quality of work that they had described, and I was just very impressed with their ability to navigate through those challenges. The work the people that performed the work were extremely hardworking, and I was very impressed with their dedication to quality, never skipping or trying to get the easy way out. They came to work every day, there was no idol time. Every day, they were here, they were making progress. At the end, I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the work. We had one issue at the end of the project that did not meet my satisfaction. However, when I reviewed it with them, they provided the correct individuals to come out and fix it. Ultimately, My wife and I love the work that they did, and it really has given new life to our backyard.

Our deck looks amazing! Better than I even imagined. Couldn’t be happier with the results we got.

Everyone was very polite, informative and professional. They were always having me look at what had been done along the way to make sure I was happy and if I had any questions.

There is a disconnect between the Sales/Company and the crew. The crew showed up, there was a language barrier which we worked through pretty well but we would have liked a better 'walk through' or more of a professional ending to the project. The guys assumed they were finished and put up everything without asking what we thought. Because we felt too much BRIGHT white was coming through after the staining and sealing process, they had to keep returning to their truck for 'fix ups' and they were exhausted.

As stated below, we really felt the old Sun Deck layer would be completely removed....maybe that was a miscommunication.

The outcome of our walkway was even better than I could have imagined. After getting other quotes we determined the price was very fair, and I believe that the workmanship and professionalism of Zion was better than we would’ve received otherwise.

My salesperson Gary was great up until he made the sale then no contact and if is next to impossible to communicate with Zion employees. The people who do the work are all 1099 contractors who care enough to get the work done as long as nothing unusual happens. My 3 day project had some rain days into but was not fully finished for 2.5 weeks. To this day I have an electric that was never fixed, but was told it would be replaced 4 times. The pool was barley covered one day and they everything went into the pool that wasn't nailed down.

They did a good job in making my patterned concrete look like new. The process was quick and was done neatly and with accuracy.

We had the work done in October and there were dark spots that are very ugly. We have been told that the spots would only show up when it was wet and they would be gone in 60 days. The spots are there all of the time and we are way past 60 days and they are still there

Emtire process from start to finish was pleasant!

We were scheduled within two weeks and except for an inclimate day, which delayed the start, work was completed on time (2-day process). The result is awesome. So much better than just a concrete floor.
