Somewhat misleading on half off any future projects.

They do what they said would be done

We recommended in the past but I'm not sure that I will anymore. It seems like there has been a lot of turnaround and the previous installer we had has left. These new guys were messy and did not follow instructions.

Everyone I dealt with were prompt and knowable

They were very good, active, and clean. They knew what they were doing.

Apparently, the shower pan is wrong. It's about 4 inches too short. We were told only an 1/8th of an inch should be filled with caulking. We're still dealing with any possible correction. The gentleman was here today, and they are not going to change it but patch our floor for us, supposedly.

The contractor was very polite and cleaned up everything

I gave it 5 stars because there is a lifetime warranty if anything fails. I had a problem with the handcraft on my window a shower door handle that came off. They made a trip to come back and make it right. I have used them twice now and have been very satisfied.

I would recommend Your Home Improvement for several reasons but the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval was what convinced me.

The window quality is fine the exterior finished work is very sub par
