Project delayed for months. Difficult to contact

Very poor. Did not do what was promised. Took 10 months to complete a simple job.

It is okay. The guy who did it seemed like he was a new kid. He didn't do a good job.

One of our windows arrived broken and two bathroom windows were supposed to be tempered and “rain” obscured. Neither were correct. We expect you to make it right.

This is the third time we’ve used your home improvement for upgrades to our home. They carry a quality product
