It went very well
Things got lost in how the shower was going to be done with how the storage shelf was to be done and a window that was to be completely be removed except for the sideing that I was going to do had some trouble with the installer the one that had to come and fix the last part of the job did a good repair on the part of the wall that was a mess like the shower a blt on the crazy side tell it was done
There needs to be better communication between installers, management and paying customers. Was never informed that someone new would be installing till the night before. Installer Nick never communicated with my nephew or me. Very disappointed with him and how he left and wasted my nephews time.
3/7/24 Darren Rogeness, Project Manager, came to our house and products for both bathrooms was chosen. The dates given to us were, approx start 5/2/24 with approx completion 5/30/24
3/18/24 bathrooms were measured
4/17/24 bathrooms re-measured
April, 2024 I signed permits for City of Bozeman
11/1/24 Claudia called to schedule the work
11/13/24, guest bath completed
1/6/25 demo started on master bath. Glass shower door and shower pan were wrong sizes. Kyle (installer) was able to put a rush on the shower pan
1/23/25 master bath completed except for the door
4/3/25 shower door here and master bath completed.
The process from start to finish was 13 months and most of that was waiting without any communication from the Billings office, except for the measurement dates.
I would recommend with certain caveats, especially with the salesperson on the day of the sale. As we did not get the shower valve and diverter valve in one like the 1 we ordered
Communication is so bad making it very frustrating dealing with this company
Our bathroom remodel is complete and we are so happy with it! The project was started when promised and went completely as planned. Kirk, the plumber was skilled and professional. He even found and fixed an unrelated problem-potentially saving us a huge expense.
On site workers did not follow homeowner requests such as keeping outside doors closed and/or did not adequately communicate with homeowners (the plumber). Also I believe there services are a bit pricey.
First work started on March 4th. Then delay after delay mis cut reorder etc. finally May 4th the bathroom was finish and ready to use the next day. Then my sons were taking a bath the next day and water leaked into our dinning room ceiling and busted through flooding our kitchen, hall, and dinning room!
Then there was no concern by YHIC about my home. I was told let’s cut a couple holes and let it dry.
