We love the windows and have seen a great difference in our utility bills with them. We were disappointed in the customer service we received. The first thing that happened was the mismeasuring of 3 of the windows causing a delay. Three people had measured those windows so we were surprised there was a problem. The first installer we had was excellent and we wanted him and his crew back to do the installing of the last three windows, but that didn't happen. The second installer was not as good and did some damage to the walls underneath each of the windows. We had to call our painter in the fix the problem and repaint the areas and do the trim. He also had to patch and fix some of the areas on the trim of the windows. I did bring this up with a couple of people, but they didn't seem too concerned and I never heard anything back from them after that.

I have no reason as to why I rated it a 4, however, I am not as likely to recommend Your Home Improvement to a friend.

Had some problems coordinating plumber that cost us some money. However company paid it, it just delayed the project

Since we had issues with the work and the salesperson who came out discussed what I liked and didn't like, I am not likely to suggest Your Home Improvement to a friend. I also didn't like how it turned out.

We recommended in the past but I'm not sure that I will anymore. It seems like there has been a lot of turnaround and the previous installer we had has left. These new guys were messy and did not follow instructions.

Lack of coordination and poor communication resulted in unnecessary delays.

They brought in canvas material and laid it down to walk on, but it was dirty.

The work was good but over priced for just a shower being redone.

Was not happy about communication regarding the schedule. We scheduled Tues and Wed, Handyman contacted us over the weekend and said he would come Monday and Wednesday. Tues plumber was scheduled and no one showed up Tues or called to let us know they were rescheduled for Wednesday.

I am not likely to recommend Your Home Improvement to a friend because I was misled.

Damien Reinke (the installer) was exceptional. He did a beautiful job. Materials were of high quality. We love it!

Troy Jurgens was our primary contact and sales representative. He did a great job communicating to us and working through what we needed/wanted. If either my wife or I called him, he would answer immediately or get back to us soon after. This is a very important aspect of the entire process so you aren't left wondering if the job will be done and knowing that your concerns will be addressed.

In good conscience, I could not recommend Your Home Improvement - Seattle to anyone. The final product was not professional, looked like it was installed by a DIY homeowner with no experience and the hardware looks used and cheap. Completely disappointed. If this review is even read by anyone, please avoid this company. Do your homework, get recommendations from friends. I thought I did my research but I decided to go with a company that no one heard over. Never again.

I am not likely to recommend Your Home Improvement to a friend because something they said would only take two days they started two weeks ago, and I'm still waiting on them to get stuff right. For I paid like 20,000+ for a bathroom remodel so whoever came and did it, did a half job. They had to come back and fix things, and there are still things that need to be fixed. To be real, I'm very disappointed in everything. I expected a better of high quality of work for what I paid.

No messes to clean up, process was fast easy and time was underpromised and certainly over delivered!

When my shower was put together it was beautiful. However, they only put one shelf on one end and one on the other. The salesman said we would be getting 3. He also said we would get a handheld showerhead because I am handicapped, and we did not. They installed a bar for me, but we also needed a lower bar for my wife to push up on because she is handicapped. I spoke to someone that said they are still waiting on the company to send the stuff so they can come back out. This is the dilemma we are facing right now.

After completing the drywall work on the sides and getting the glass installed, the shower is exactly what we hoped for.

Very pleased with the look of our new shower. Installer was very professional and courteous. Asked questions to be sure everything was fitting what we expected. Let us know if he ran into any issues and how he was fixing them. Plumber also was very professional and polite. Even came back next day to double check a few things were working properly.

Easy to work with from the start. Very professional. Salesman showed products and helped bring my vision to life. Project manager kept me well informed throughout the process. The installer was here for three days and was very helpful, organized, and completed the job professionally keeping me advised to progress and status all along the way

My shower stall was extremely old and needed an update; this installation was more than an update; it was an enlightment and makes me happy everytime I walk by the bathroom! It has updated a very old house.

They told us initially that the installation was going to start in June, but they came in earlier. They left things behind because they didn't have the complete parts. When I asked for some type of reimbursement, they told me no and that they had already gave me a discount.

While we are satisfied with the overall completed project, it took far too long to complete. Started in February and didn't complete until mid June.

Professional

The job took longer than we were told. It turned out very nice, except for one thing: when the shower drain was installed the installer put a huge hole in the subfloor below it which in turn created a hole in the ceiling of our laundry room. We also have been waiting for a round shower door knob for one of the shower doors for weeks now with no update from Kyle as to when we will get it.

Your salesman, well very friendly did not know how to measure. The project manager Levi came and re-measured he did not know how to measure. The two installer guys, Wylie and Zack, came and after one day knew we had a problem. Thank God, they were honest and they had to remeasure everything. Leaving me in a mess for almost 3 months before the new stuff came in. If I had not called Levi, the product manager to complain after six weeks of being in a mess and found out they had not even re-ordered the stuff they were supposed to have at that time. Your project manager and your salesman need to follow Wiley and Zach around for a couple of days to learn how to measure stuff. After Wiley and Zach work their magic, and they did a superb job, I am pleased with the outcome. But in all honesty, I could not recommendyour company.

We had a very bad experience with our window replacement and shower expansion. Nothing was completed as agreed upon and work stopped for 7 weeks in the middle of winter. We were promised competition and received nothing.

The product is good and I'm pleased with my windows and the installers, but otherwise the company feels like any other. Communication after the initial dale was less than satisfactory.
