Horrible. It took nearly 10 months to get all of my windows installed. I got a call in April that the rest of my windows were in their warehouse and they would like to svelte an install date. I tried NUMEROUS times to get a date set and all I got was the run around. They kept telling me they'd get me on the schedule then I wouldn't hear from them. I would call and they works have some excuse as tj why they corkscrew get it done. They changed managers 4 times before I finally got my two remaining windows installed and a broken one replaced. I never received the paperwork or copy of the bill of sale I needed to apply for the rebate.

As soon as we signed the contract it was downhill. Months of delays, product not being sent to complete the job, instructing the installer to do subpar and shady work. It’s not worth the money or the headache

Took too long to get windows,. Then did NOT do them when best for us as we were told. They wanted to come EARLY MORNING to put bedroom windows in. My husband was in hospital. This was MONTHS after we ordered them.
Brought WRONG windows had to WAiT AGAIN, to get right windows. Then DIFFERENT installer so didn't know what had to be done. We were told ALL INSTALLERS were trained by you even sent somewhere to get SPECIAL TRAINING.These guys are subcontractors working for themselves not YOUR OWN. We were very disappointed with process. Windows are fine.

Horrible service. It took over two years to complete the project and I had to contact the company multiple times for updates.

The windows seem like quality windows but your business practice is not good.

Your Home Improvement did a fantastic job on replacing windows and removing bathrooms. Loved the guys (Kris, Wyatt & Tyson) that installed the windows. Would recommend them any day! Working with Gina was so smooth and effortless. She was so knowledgeable and stuck with me until the job was completed. The guy that installed all 3 bathrooms did a great job. I would recommend to any that they request these individuals to work with. Definitely YourHome Improvement's A-Team!

The original shower pan did not fit due to the drain location. I accepted a different one they had on hand. They said they would install a small grab bar for working with them on the error. Still waiting on the grab bar….

The installation was on the day agreed upon, it was installed professionally and courtesy by the two installers.

Normally do not recommend anything to anyone but will recommend this company

first, they sent the wrong walls. Did not notice until the installer was getting ready to install them. They needed to reorder them. It took another month. I was without a tub or shower all that time because I only have one bathroom then the shower diverter was missing. so only one shower head could be hooked up. After another month I called to find out when the piece was going to be in. They didn't have the right finish, but they had one in a different finish. That was 3 months ago. So now it's been 5 months, and I still don't have the right part.

The pictures that Marshall showed me had corner shelves two and three high and they were not even included in the bed and that’s what we talked about getting

Our installer Damien was great! He could answer my questions, calm my concerns and the finish product is awesome!

window does not work properly, no one comes over to help

Other than the installation date being changed, they did a great job.

Installers were nice people.

The walk-in shower was not designed according to my opinion.I wanted a non-slip shower, and what happened? I fell over with my shower chair. I only have one foot left.
