I have phone conversations, text messages & pictures and an affidavit from another business. Drew really dropped the ball and screwed us on pricing, he is a lyre. None of this was made from scratch it all came from a warehouse. You all know it didn't come near the price he charged us. Anthony completely let us down and scammed us to sign the last paper and never completed the job. Drew also said oh I just got a text from my boss and you get a free vacation. Noone ever called and I havent heard a thing about a vacation from no one!

Happy with the finished project, but not the sales process or the final price.

They knocked it out of the ballpark at every step of the process, from the consultation with Tim Mattox, who helped me pick the perfect products and who was personable and knowledgeable about all of the company’s processes and who set all of my expectations perfectly to the handoff to the project manager to the impeccable installation of a master artisan, Zach. Even the after project care exceeded my expectations.

Everything, the guys were nice, polite, actually asked questions like how high do you want the grab bar & shower head.

I was very disappointed in the fact that the project started June 23 -24 and first the problem was the wrong tub was brought out that couldn't work with the walk in door that was originally ordered from the beginning. 2nd when the right tub was brought out the plumbing wouldn't work as the tubs slanted front you couldn't hook up the pvc plumbing to match the slant so flexible plumbing had to be ordered. Finally got the finished product on 8/11/26 7 weeks later. There should be no reason to have ordered the wrong tub and the wrong plumbing in the first place. I was very disappointed to have a tube tore out for 7 weeks and not able to use it until now. There should be some kind of compensation for all the issues that happened here.

There was a manufacturing flaw in the base of our shower. There is a gap in the doors. They were able to fabricate a piece to make the doors work, they aren't leaking, but there was an error made in the manufacturing.

I have to say I am upset with us for not showing the salesman the door when the high pressure began. He offered a decent savings but we had to sign right now. In hindsight I don’t think he wanted to give. us the opportunity to get another estimate from a competitor.

No bench when requested one

The communication through out the whole process was excellent. Blake was very thorough during the sales presentation and Ryan was exceptional removing the old tub and installing the walk in shower. This is a top notch organization. Everyone involved in the process is very good at their job. I would not hesitate in hiring them again.

Poor communication, false representation of expectations from the sales representative, and inflated prices definitely makes it an easy choice to not refer this company.
