Everything went very smoothly! I am very pleased with my new windows.
This is the 5 th time I have received this survey. Thus this one will not be filled out. And please do not send any more.
Everyone was so polite to work with. All were very hard workers!
Salesman will promise anything just to get you to sign. When they completed the job , they had removed the toilet that they broke. I had to buy a new one. The plummer. Decided that I didn't need to use the adjoining room so he put the water pipes out into the middle of the room. Even he had to vote back he made it clear that he was doing me a favor for doing it correctly. The shelves had water blocks on the edges so they constantly held water. It took 3 months to get it changed, looks like a quick fix. Why was this not figured out and done right to begin with. Tried talking to the owners but they were busy laughing there way to the bank
Communication between all parties in competing job could have been better. Sales person texted me at 10 at night to get me to sign when job was not completed. Next time he should talk to project manager before contacting customer after business hours to get paid. Very disappointed in that.
This project was unnecessarily delayed for 5 months and project was never evaluated properly. A upcharge of 2,500.00 was paid by me because the electric panel was not inspected properly by first project manager. Project was unorganized and parts had to be ordered on the day of installation further delaying the completion.
I thought the cost exceeded the work that was done. It would have been nice if I knew the cost of materials. It is too expensive. I should have gotten other prices, but I didn't; I just went with them when I called them up.
They were prompt and got the job done quickly and professionally.
No !
Somewhat misleading on half off any future projects.
I've asked, multiple times, not to receive these requests, because my experience with your company has been horrific. But I guess AI doesn't actually understand these things
I have been waiting patiently for two months to have my brand new screen repaired, I got a phone call, then a follow up phone call telling me I would be contacted by someone to repair my screen, that last phone call was to happen this last and I got nothing.
Better communication
good service fast install
Very good
Great service.
High pressure sales techniques, sub par quality of work, over 3 months to complete work due to missing materials. 90% payment required before work is started. Project manager disappeared and I was left to deal with the subcontractor alone. Moen shower wand was pathetic and Kohler toilet an embarrassment to the brand - both were replaced by owner.
Fast, neat installation, really nice fella doing the installation
I asked a number of times for my warranty documentation. Never received a reply or any documentation.
I will below.
After saying it would only take 2 days a bathroom to finish we are on week 14 and neither bathroom is finished.
Great experience did a great job putting in our shower very organized very detailed. Very nice individual
KITCHEN COURT YARD DOOR FRAME BENT, DOOR HAS NO LOCK AND HAS TO BE LIFTED TO OPEN!!! OFFICE COURTYARD DOOR IS GREAT AND OPENS EASILY MISSING LOCK
We were put off by the high-pressure sales tactics from our first contact with this company, but decided to use them anyway. When the products finally arrived, the installer set to work taking off all the cabinet doors and drawers and beginning the prep process. He returned the next day to inform us he didn't have enough material to complete the job. All our kitchen implements were in boxes, leaving us to dig for the basics while we waited for the rest of the installation. It took more than three months before he returned. The YHIC project manager promised a 10% discount, but then YHIC stated he didn't have the authority to offer that. We were not kept informed of the progress in getting more materials, and then discovered an additional mistake in the original order of not giving us two cabinet doors with glass. Our negotiations for the promised discount were difficult and fruitless. The cabinets were ordered in August, the job was started in early December, and not fully completed until June. We know there can be delays and errors with home improvement projects, but these issues were all based on poor attention to detail on the part of YHIC, and an appalling lack of customer service to resolve them.
Trying to get a gap fixed during installation is a nightmare
