I think they did a great job and if ever a friend or acquaintance were looking to replace doors or windows, I would definitely recommend.

Yankee Home Improvement was upfront and honest. There was no smoke and mirrors, and they went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the project. They also communicated well throughout the entire project, it was great.

I thought the design suggestions were good; they came up with a plan we liked, and we do like the results. The workmen were very respectful of my property. Since they had to do some hammering when they took the old tub out, one of them came and said, 'I am concerned about duck collection. Maybe you should take it off the wall.' I thought he went above and beyond. I was very satisfied with the result. They really went out of their way to protect the floors and everything. It is very well done.

When they installed the shower, it was supposed to be a 2 day job. We had a winter storm warning so they stayed to finish it same day. They didn’t want us to be without our shower for more than another day in case they didn’t make it back next day.

Amazing! From start to finish my team was efficient and professional. They were polite, respectful and asked me where I wanted grab bars and the seat and what seat height I wanted. They didn't just put things where they felt they should be. The project manager was great. When they left, no one would have known they'd been hard at work in the bathroom all day. Everything was tidy and spotless. I love my walkin shower!

I didn't shop around for my windows. Yankee Home improvement was at my house to quote me on a bath tub replacement. As the cost was more than what I was expecting, I also had Dave give me a quote on windows since he was at the house. He was very cooperative and agreeable. Well, as I stated, I didn't shop around, but after doing a lot of research, I feel the company is slightly over-priced, but the communication, the work, the professionalism, the quality (time will tell) of windows, and the warranty should most likely make the cost worth it. I will definitely be recommending Yankee Home, as well as most likely use them again, but explain to friends that Yankee will not be the most inexpensive company out there but from my experience is worth the money spent.

I would highly recommend Yankee Home. The whole process was very professional and the crew was very respectful. They ask me question for placement for safety bars and the OT and PT were very impressed with the placement for my 94 year old Mother. Thank you.
